🥂😊 40 vintages of Plötzner Pinot Bianco. In our previous reel, w**emaker Philipp took you to the vineyards where our Plötzner was born in 1986. This time, our sales & marketing manager Tobias tells the story of how Plötzner has evolved over the decades to become the signature w**e of Cantina Sankt Pauls. Enjoy & cheers!

🤗✨️ 40 Jahrgänge Plötzner Weißburgunder. In unserem letzten Reel hat euch Kellermeister Philipp zu den Weinbergen mitgenommen, in denen unser Plötzner 1986 seinen Ursprung fand. Diesmal erzählt unser Verkaufs- und Marketingleiter Tobias, wie sich der Plötzner über die Jahrzehnte weiterentwickelt hat und zum wichtigsten Etikett der Kellerei Sankt Pauls geworden ist. 🍇 No harvest is complete without a toast and a team photo! You’re a fantastic team, and you’ve shown it once again at this year’s harvest, working with dedication and determination till late at night. A heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you! Ihr seid ein großartiges Team und habt das auch heuer wieder mit viel Einsatz und Engagement bewiesen. Ein großes Dankeschön an jeden Einzelnen von euch! 😃🍇 Harvest 2026 at Sankt Pauls is officially in the books — October 6th marked the final day. Schiava, Merlot and Lagrein were picked towards the end of September, and this Tuesday, the last parcels of Cabernet finally made their way into the cellar, after enjoying the last warm days of sunshine. Feeling happy, grateful and proud of this harvest. And the next chapter has already begun in the cellar. 🍷

🙌🤩 Die Weinlese 2026 in Sankt Pauls ist offiziell abgeschlossen – am 6. Oktober haben wir die letzten Trauben eingebracht. Vernatsch, Merlot und Lagrein wurden bereits gegen Ende September gelesen, und diesen Dienstag kamen auch die letzten Cabernet-Parzellen in den Keller – nachdem sie die letzten warmen Sonnentage noch in vollen Zügen genießen durften. Wir sind glücklich, dankbar und stolz auf diese Weinlese. Und das nächste Kapitel hat im Keller bereits begonnen. 💪

🤗🍾 Vendemmia 2026 a Sankt Pauls: completata il 6 ottobre. Dopo Schiava, Merlot e Lagrein, raccolti già verso la fine di settembre, anche le ultime parcelle di Cabernet sono arrivate in cantina martedì, dopo aver beneficiato fino all’ultimo dei raggi di sole degli ultimi giorni. Felici, grati e fieri di questa vendemmia. E ora, avanti con il lavoro in cantina. 🍇

We are delighted to share that our Iustus Gewürztraminer 2025 and Praeclarus Rosé have both been awarded the prestigious Corona by Vinibuoni d’Italia 2027 – the guide dedicated to autochthonous grape varieties and Metodo Classico sparkling w**es, published by the Touring Club Italiano. And there’s more: our Praeclarus Rosé was also selected as one of the TOP 300! Both w**es have additionally received the “Oggi le Corone le decido io” seal, awarded by an independent jury of sommeliers and w**e lovers. Thank you, Vinibuoni!

🍇😊🎵 What does a harvest actually sound like? We’ve gathered all the sounds — or almost all of them — from our 2026 harvest in this reel. From the lively rhythm of the shears in the vineyards to the rumble of the tractors, from crates filling up with grapes to laughter among the vines. And many more sounds in between. Enjoy watching — or rather, listening to — our 2026 grape harvest, which is slowly drawing to a close.

🎶🤗🌱 Wie klingt denn eigentlich eine Weinlese? In diesem Reel haben wir all die Geräusche – oder fast alle – unserer Weinlese 2026 eingefangen. Vom lebhaften Rhythmus der Rebscheren im Weinberg über das Brummen der Traktoren bis hin zum Rieseln der Trauben und den fröhlichen Stimmen zwischen den Rebenzeilen. Und dazwischen noch viele weitere Klänge. Viel Freude beim Anschauen – oder besser gesagt: beim Zuhören – unserer Weinlese 2026, die sich nun langsam dem Ende zuneigt.

🥂🤩🎼 E se vi facessimo ascoltare una vendemmia? Abbiamo raccolto in questo reel tutti i suoni — o quasi tutti — della nostra vendemmia 2026. Dal vivace ritmo delle forbici in vigna al rombo dei trattori, dalle cassette che si riempiono d’uva alle risate tra i filari. E molti altri ancora. 🤩🎉 Tre Bicchieri by Gambero Rosso for our Kalkberg 2024 Pinot Bianco Riserva. We’re thrilled! It’s been several years since a Pinot Bianco from Cantina Sankt Pauls was last awarded the prestigious Tre Bicchieri, which makes this recognition so special to us. It is an important confirmation of the new direction our w**ery has taken in recent years. ❤️ A heartfelt thank you to Gambero Rosso! Our deepest thanks also go to all our w**egrowing families, and, last but certainly not least, our biggest congratulations to our w**emaker Philipp and his team: thank you for the incredible work you put into every single bottle.
