🥂 Best of 40 Years Plötzner Party – part 1.

🤩 Before kicking off our Plötzner Party, we took a moment to look back on the remarkable journey of our Plötzner Pinot Bianco together with our vintner families. A wine that has strongly contributed to shaping the identity of our winery and has grown into a symbol of our community. It was also an opportunity to thank all those who have helped write the story of Plötzner over the past four decades. And a heartfelt thank you also goes to our special guests, Councillor Luis Walcher and Mayor Lorenz Ebner, for their inspiring words and for celebrating this important milestone with us. And now, let's relive these moments through this first photo gallery! 📸✨️

🎉 Zum Auftakt der Plötzner Party haben wir gemeinsam mit unseren Winzerfamilien auf die besondere Geschichte unseres Plötzner Weißburgunders zurückgeblickt. Ein Wein, der die Identität unserer Kellerei maßgeblich geprägt hat und zu einem Symbol unserer Gemeinschaft geworden ist. Dabei war es uns auch wichtig, allen zu danken, die in den vergangenen vier Jahrzehnten die Geschichte von Plötzner mitgestaltet haben. Ein herzlicher Dank gilt zudem unseren Ehrengästen Landesrat Luis Walcher und Bürgermeister Lorenz Ebner für ihre wertschätzenden Worte zu diesem besonderen Meilenstein. 🍾 Prima di dare ufficialmente il via alla Plötzner Party, abbiamo ripercorso insieme alle nostre famiglie viticoltrici il percorso straordinario del nostro Plötzner Pinot Bianco. Un vino che ha contribuito in modo decisivo a definire l’identità della nostra cantina, diventando un simbolo della nostra comunità. È stata anche l’occasione per ringraziare tutti coloro che hanno dato forma alla storia del Plötzner negli ultimi quattro decenni. Un sentito grazie va inoltre ai nostri ospiti d’onore, l’assessore Luis Walcher e il sindaco Lorenz Ebner, per le loro parole e per aver celebrato con noi questo anniversario speciale. 🌱 Also this year, a vineyard in Appiano will shine in green! Green because every treasure of the cellar has its origin in the vineyard. On Friday, June 5, at 7:30 pm, the wine producers of Eppan Wein invite you to a special tasting at Piazza Municipio, San Michele/Appiano. From 8:30 pm onwards, the vineyard will light up in green. Join us for a magical sight and raise a glass with us. Cheers! 🥂

🟢 Auch in diesem Jahr erstrahlt ein Weinberg in Eppan wieder in Grün! Grün – denn alle Kellerschätze haben ihren Ursprung im Weinberg.
Am Freitag, den 5. Juni, um 19:30 Uhr laden die Kellereien und Winzer von Eppan Wein zu einer besonderen Verkostung am Rathausplatz in St. Michael/Eppan ein. Ab 20:30 Uhr wird der Weinberg in grünem Licht erleuchten. Erlebt mit uns einen magischen und genussvollen Abend – zum Wohl! 🤗

🌳 Anche quest’anno un vigneto ad Appiano si illuminerà di verde! Verde, perché i tesori della cantina hanno origine proprio tra i filari. Venerdì 5 giugno, alle ore 19:30, le cantine e le tenute di Eppan Wein vi invitano a una degustazione in Piazza Municipio a San Michele/Appiano. Dalle 20:30 il vigneto risplenderà di verde. Una serata magica e ricca di piacere – brindiamo insieme! 🍾

🥰 The flowering of the vine – so tiny, so delicate, yet the gentle start of a new vintage. Flowering is now underway in our vineyards around Sankt Pauls, one of the most exciting moments of the year. Each blossom carries the promise of the vintage to come. And our highest vineyard plots, at 650 metres a.s.l., will soon also be in bloom (picture 5).

🌱 Die Blütezeit der Reben – so klein, so zart und doch der Beginn von etwas Großem. In unseren Weinbergen rund um Sankt Pauls hat nun die Rebblüte eingesetzt – einer der faszinierendsten Momente des Jahres. Jede einzelne Blüte trägt das Versprechen eines neuen Jahrgangs in sich. Auch in unseren höchstgelegenen Weinbergen auf 650 Metern ü.d.M.wird die Blüte schon bald beginnen (Bild 5).

🐞 La fioritura della vite – discreta agli occhi, ma ricca di significato. Nei vigneti attorno a Sankt Pauls la fioritura è ora nel suo pieno splendore e ci regala uno dei momenti più affascinanti dell’anno. È da qui che prende forma una nuova annata. Tra pochissimo anche i nostri vigneti più alti, a 650 metri di altitudine, saranno in fiore (foto 5).
