We are looking for a smart and self-motivated colleague to join our team.
Requested skills:
- Full professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Documented work experience as a back office assistant
- Good knowledge of Ms Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Secondary school diploma on administrative and accounting procedures is a plus
- Multi-tasking abilities in a dynamic environment, attention to details, problem solving
- Own car
- Domiciled in Bologna or surrounding area
Duties:
- Receiving and processing customers’ orders, after-sales follow-up
- Maintaining customers’ records by updating account information in our ERP
- Managing daily emails and phone calls from customers and suppliers, ensuring good communication
We offer:
- Full time, permanent position
- Probationary period of 6 months
