l’intenzione però di non snaturare il ricordo di quando da bambini andavamo a trovare la nonna era per noi una festa, perché ci si poteva riempire la pancia di quelle leccornie che solo lei sapeva preparare. Da qui sorge la voglia di riproporre le stesse ricette, ritrovando i sapori che ancora sono nella nostra mente senza, però, ignorare che, se oggi il tempo a disposizione per preparare un piatto è minore, non è inferiore la richiesta di alta qualità del prodotto e di leggerezza di ciò che si vuole consumare. Per questo, proponiamo piatti tipici ma ricercati, preparati con ingredienti scelti e di ottima qualità, gustosi, leggeri e facili da cucinare.

Always lovers of good food, traditionalists but experimenters and constantly looking for new flavors that are well suited to what our palate requires. We have decided to transform our passion into something greater. We made the search for new flavors a job, but with the intention of not distorting the memory of when we went to visit our grandmother as children, it was a party for us, because we could fill our tummies with those delicacies that only she knew how to prepare. We decided to re-propose the same recipes, rediscovering the flavours that are still in our mind without ignoring that, if today the time available to set a table is less than it once was, the demand for high quality of the product is no less. So, we offer typical but refined dishes, prepared with selected ingredients of excellent quality, tasty, light and easy to cook.

Seit jeher Liebhaber der guten Küche, auf Tradition bedacht und doch offen für neue Ideen und Geschmäcker, haben wir uns entschlossen diese Leidenschaft in etwas Größeres zu verwandeln. Wir haben die Suche nach neuen schmackhaften Gerichten zu unserer Arbeit gemacht, jedoch mit der Absicht, die Erinnerung an alte Zeiten aufleben zu lassen. Jene Zeiten, in denen wir als Kinder die Besuche bei Großmutter als ein wahres Fest erlebten, weil wir uns den Bauch mit all den Köstlichkeiten, wie nur Großmutter sie machen konnte, vollschlagen durften. Dies ist der Grund, weshalb wir typische Gerichte mit ausgewählten Zutaten und bester Qualität anbieten, lecker, leicht und einfach in der Zubereitung.
