My new wine
Christian Plattner:
This vineyard has always been close to my grandfather's heart.
The grapes produce a particularly powerful and long-lasting wine.
He knews that great wines need time and patience.
In 2018, i vinified the grapes from this vineyard separately for the first time and worked according to my grandfather's credo.

Only after 8 years of aging does the wine achieve its full elegance and harmony.
