Il taglio della fibra e l’omogeneità della razione sono aspetti fondamentali nell’alimentazione quotidiana della mandria.
Per rispondere a queste esigenze, alla 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁à 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗰𝗵𝗶 di Fornovo di Taro (PR), nel territorio del Parmigiano Reggiano, è stato appena consegnato un 𝗧𝗣𝗙 𝟯.𝟯𝟲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶, carro miscelatore a tre coclee con una capacità di 𝟯𝟲 𝗺³.

Fiber cutting and ration homogeneity are essential aspects of daily herd feeding.
To meet these needs, a new 𝗧𝗣𝗙 𝟯.𝟯𝟲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶 has just been delivered to 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁à 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗰𝗵𝗶 in Fornovo di Taro (Parma, Italy), in the heart of the Parmigiano Reggiano production area.
Equipped with three vertical augers and a capacity of 𝟯𝟲 𝗺³, this mixer wagon is designed to handle large quantities of feed.

Abbiamo dedicato ai nostri collaboratori un incontro formativo per rispondere a queste domande e approfondire l’utilizzo del credito messo a disposizione dall’azienda attraverso la nostra piattaforma welfare aziendale.

Abbiamo parlato di esigenze concrete: spese quotidiane, buoni acquisto, utenze, visite mediche e servizi per la famiglia, fino alla possibilità di destinare il credito alla previdenza complementare. Un’occasione per chiarire modalità di accesso e condizioni di utilizzo delle diverse opportunità.

Perché anche uno strumento utile può restare poco utilizzato se non lo si conosce abbastanza. Aiutare le persone a comprenderlo significa permettere a ciascuno di scegliere ciò che risponde meglio alle proprie esigenze e a quelle della propria famiglia.

How can 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗲 benefits be used? What expenses can they cover? Which family members are eligible?

We organized a training session for our employees to answer these questions and explore how to make the most of the welfare credit provided by the company through our corporate welfare platform.

We discussed practical, everyday needs: daily expenses, shopping vouchers, utility bills, medical expenses and family services, as well as the option to allocate welfare credit to a supplementary pension fund. The session also provided an opportunity to clarify how to access and use the different benefits.

Because even a valuable resource can remain underused if people are not fully aware of its potential. Helping employees understand the available options means giving everyone the opportunity to choose what best suits their needs and those of their families.

Come si comporta un 𝗙𝗦 𝟭𝟬.𝟰𝟬 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 nel lavoro di tutti i giorni?

A raccontarlo sono i fratelli Davide e Daniele Zavattaro, che utilizzano il nostro telescopico nella loro azienda agricola per attività diverse: dalla movimentazione di riso e mais al carico di sementi e fertilizzanti.
Dopo circa 400 ore di lavoro, l’FS 10.40 Excellence è stato protagonista del “Provato da voi” de Il Contoterzista.
Tra gli aspetti apprezzati sul campo: maneggevolezza anche negli spazi stretti, motore e trasmissione ben proporzionati e controllo agevole del braccio grazie alla leva proporzionale.
Un punto di vista che per noi conta particolarmente: quello di chi le nostre macchine le utilizza davvero, ogni giorno.

How does an 𝗙𝗦 𝟭𝟬.𝟰𝟬 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 perform in everyday farm work?

Davide and Daniele Zavattaro share their experience using our telehandler for a wide range of activities on their farm, from handling rice and maize to loading seeds and fertilisers.
After around 400 working hours, the FS 10.40 Excellence was featured in Il Contoterzista magazine’s “Provato da voi” field test.
Among the aspects appreciated in real working conditions: excellent manoeuvrability even in tight spaces, a well-matched engine and transmission, and easy boom control thanks to the proportional joystick.
A perspective that matters to us: that of the people who actually use our machines in their everyday work.

Aprire le porte della nostra azienda significa anche dare voce alle persone che ogni giorno la fanno vivere.
Durante l’𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘆 di sabato 10 ottobre sono stati i nostri collaboratori ad accompagnare adulti e bambini nei diversi reparti, raccontando da vicino il proprio lavoro, le tecnologie e ciò che accade ogni giorno all’interno di Faresin.
Un modo semplice e diretto per far conoscere non solo dove nascono le nostre macchine, ma soprattutto chi c’è dietro.

𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗲 a tutte le persone che hanno contribuito alla giornata, mettendosi in gioco e raccontando con entusiasmo il proprio lavoro.
E 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗲 a tutti coloro che sono venuti a trovarci e hanno condiviso con noi questa giornata.
