How do you transform a park visit into a seamless journey? The answer lies in strategic flow management. 🗺️🚶‍♂️

Our recent work with Costa Edutainment at Oltremare focused on rethinking visitor movement to enhance the park's atmosphere:

Key highlights of the intervention:
✅ New Perspectives: We activated the Lake Area with new paths, expanding the walkable environment for guests.
✅ Seamless Storytelling: We adjusted flows to keep technical areas out of sight, ensuring 100% immersion.
✅ Intuitive Navigation: Inside the main buildings, we reorganized the sequence of activities to make the visit more logical and engaging.
✅ Supporting Ancillary Services: By reducing navigation stress, guests can easily find and enjoy shops and food points, elevating the quality of their stay.

Our management background reminds us that design is never static. Visitor flows must be constantly monitored and refined to adapt to changing behaviors and seasonal peaks.

The best research happens in person — and Transylvania had a lot to teach us.

About a year ago, our Lead Architect Carlo Mazzonetto and Art Director Ilaria De Luca visited Transylvania — not just to survey the project site, but to spend time exploring the region and understanding its culture, its architecture, its traditions and the way people here actually live. A behind the scenes look at how we approach a project from the very beginning.

Because you can't design a park rooted in a place without first understanding what makes that place unique. And Transylvania has a lot to offer beyond what most people expect — layered history, a distinct architectural identity, local crafts and traditions that have very little to do with the movie version of the region most international visitors carry in their heads.

That gap between perception and reality is exactly where the most interesting design opportunities live. How do you create an experience that feels authentic to the people who call this place home, while still capturing the imagination of visitors who are discovering it for the first time?

That's the question Carlo and Ilaria brought back with them. And it's shaping every decision on the project.

🔦⛰️ One Year of Speleos: Where Adventure Meets History
It’s been a year since the depths of Speleos first opened at Oltremare - Riccione! More than just an attraction, this is a deep dive into the heart of the earth—a project born from the powerful synergy between Team Park Project, the Oltremare team, and Walltopia.

We turned underground exploration into a compelling narrative, honoring the legacy of the legendary speleologist Norbert Casteret. Here’s how we brought the mystery of the caves to life:

🛠️ Project Highlights:

🔹Immersive Scenography: We didn't just design a queue; we built a Base Camp. TPP crafted the waiting area to be a functional part of the story, prepping explorers for their descent by setting the historical and scientific stage.

🔹Seamless Edutainment: Collaborating with Oltremare, we woven educational panels throughout the journey. Visitors discover Casteret’s 1922 breakthroughs while navigating the dark, making the trip as informative as it is thrilling.

🔹The Explorer’s Path: From the moment you grab your helmet and torch to the final exit, every step through stalactites and prehistoric fossils is designed to evoke the spirit of a true expedition.

Speleos is a prime example of how a shared vision between designers, parks, and manufacturers can transform a simple walk-through into a legendary story. It’s been an honor watching visitors embrace their inner explorer! 🧭✨

Our latest case study for a client in Indonesia reimagines a commercial rooftop as a vibrant Italian village. It’s a prime example of how narrative storytelling can drive footfall and create a premier tourist destination.

The design highlights:
🔹 Technical Solutions: Custom engineering to integrate mechanical attractions onto existing building structures.
🔹 Immersive Storytelling: Guests join Pece the cat and Marino the seagull on a quest for the "Lantern of Light" during the "Festival of Fires."
🔹 Smart Architecture: Vertical scenography and synchronized light shows that transform the space at sunset.

For the 🧛‍♂️ project in , the "Knights' Hall" reimagines the 𝙏𝙚𝙖 𝘾𝙪𝙥 𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙚 as a grand ceremonial toast at the 15th-century court of 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙖𝙨 𝘾𝙤𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙨. , living portraits, and medieval splendor: a dynamic banquet where the guest becomes the protagonist.

Team Park Project has been appointed as design partner for the redevelopment of the former Durban Funworld site, partnering with MCPM, through its property holding company 1787 Property Group, to bring the new Durban Amusement Park to life as a world-class leisure and tourism destination.

This development represents a significant step in revitalising the Durban beachfront and creating a contemporary landmark for the city.

Last month, our entire team had the chance to see firsthand the results of the restyling project we carried out for .

The visit was a special moment for all of us — we
could finally experience in person the outcome of a project that has been part of our journey for over a year and a half, following every step with passion and attention to detail: from to architectural and theming definition, all the way to on-site supervision.
