It’s competition time!

For very first time we have decided to bring forward our philosophy of sustainability and zero waste and spose the Flor de Cana Sustainable Cocktail Challenge.

It’s been a challenge even for us, to be able to raise the bar so high and prove once again that we do our best for zero waste.

We haven’t go very far, as we only have to wake up every morning and prepare a luxurious breakfast for our family, and see how much product is leaft over not even touched. We don’t want to immagine what’s happening in the hotel industry around the word, but after few days of research, adding and twisting ingredients around, making sure we don’t trow away away anything we finally have the balanced concoction to present you: BREAKFAST TO TIFFANY

Flor de Cana 12yo fat washed with coconut oil.
Healty Breakfast cordial (made from the leaft overs from breakfast table):
- orange juice
- pineapple juice
-coconut water
- salt
- pepper
- soy sauce
- banana honey
- maple syrup
- coffee
- soy milk
- coconut milk
- lemon juice

All ingredients made to fermentation for 24h.
Filter trough whole flour croissants.
Top up with Perrier.
Served with orange peel essential oil.

I believe that the producers and the respect for the terroir in any country and region is the way forward in wine and spirits. After more than 20 years of hard work, with support of my wife and all my colleagues and friends, I have the same determination as day one, but most important I have the proof that the path we have choose is going on the right direction. When I have started this job, I had no idea of what was coming my way over the years.
In my 25+ years in the hospitality industry, this 2 years have been most challenging by far. So this I am saying thank you 🙏 Thank you to all our guests for believing in me. Thanks to all my friends and family, all my colleagues who been near me in this journey, thanks to everyone bringing the energy and enthusiasm every single day.
