TRZ TRANSFER was born more than 25 years ago out of the desire of Roberto Zanellato as a supply company in the Transfer Machine repair and maintenance sector (Gnutti, Riello, Buffoli, Gozio, Didesheim, etc.) operating mainly in northern Italy with the most important users of Transfer machines. Over the years our presence has progressively extended to diverse European and non European markets such

as England, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Slovakia, Switzerland, Turkey, Egypt, Israel, Ecuador, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Perù and Thailand with ever growing success and satisfaction. Today, with the clear objective of becoming an authentic all-round technological partner, TRZ TRANSFER, has broadened its offer and now apart from offering services alone, is a supplier of new “turn-key” systems. Thanks to our know-how, our broad range of solutions and the supplier/customer synergy collaboration, we are certain to achieve new and important results, together with our customers. All TRZ TRANSFER products are designed and assembled in the new and extremely well equipped headquarters in Briga Novarese (NO), with 4,000 m² of covered buildings. Each product, each single component, is developed and designed directly in-house on modern 3D Cad/Cam stations, with solid modelling and Finite Element Analysis (FEM). Concerning the creation of the various components, adhering to the “make or buy” concept, some of them are obtained from “outsourcing”; in this way, we have mechanical, hydraulic, electro-mechanical, electrical components and software created by leading national and international companies such as Fanuc, Duplomatic and Siemens. We are certain to offer our customers extremely high quality products, in terms of performance/price ratio and certainly the absolute best and most competitive ones. In order to guarantee that everything created externally always and constantly satisfies our extremely high quality standards, an internal Quality Control is always active, to certify and control incoming material, while constantly monitoring and checking our suppliers' activities. Thanks to our extremely well-equipped workshop and modern CNC machines, we are able to create any mechanical spare part, identical to the original ones, as quickly as possible. Thanks to a large and well-stocked spare parts warehouse – kept constantly updated – we are always able to guarantee any electrical/hydraulic spare part in the shortest possible time. In line with a precise company choice, all our products are always assembled, tested and certified in-house, to guarantee perfect conformity to our quality standards. We are certain, in this way, of our products quality and, once installed in customer premises, we can offer a 12 months guarantee!

" DOUBLE ROTARY " - the transfer machine in which, in addition to the tool rotation, also the part is rotating!

After five machines that have found great success, we are finishing the construction of the sixth transfer machine with rotating spindles.
It is a machine of great potential and versatility that can thread, mill, turn, recess, contouring and carry out machining so far impossible for a transfer.
The Double Rotary transfer machine can be made with four, six, eight ... even 10 stations where besides the classical work of transfer with rotating tool, also the workpiece holders can rotate. The machine can work in double rotation simultaneously or one rotation of the workpiece to be machined, like a lathe.
Productivity is high and you can work pieces made of brass, aluminum, steel and stainless steel.

“ DOUBLE ROTARY ” - la macchina transfer in cui, oltre alla rotazione utensile, gira anche il pezzo!
Dopo cinque esemplari che hanno riscontrato grande successo, stiamo terminando la costruzione della sesta macchina transfer a mandrini rotanti.
Si tratta di una macchina di grande potenzialità e versatilità produttiva che può filettare, tornire, recessare, contornare e svolgere lavorazioni finora impossibili per un transfer.
La Double Rotary può essere realizzata a quattro, sei, otto... addirittura 10 stazioni in cui oltre alla classica lavorazione transfer con utensile rotante, ruotano anche i portapezzi. La macchina può lavorare in doppia rotazione contemporaneamente o con sola rotazione del pezzo da lavorare, quasi fosse un tornio.
La produttività è elevata e si possono lavorare pezzi in ottone, alluminio, acciaio e acciaio inox.
