Carraro è un gruppo internazionale leader nei sistemi di trasmissione per veicoli off-highway e trattori specializzati, con un fatturato consolidato 2020 di 478,7 milioni di Euro. Le attività del Gruppo si suddividono in due Aree di Business:

- Sistemi di trasmissione (assali e trasmissioni) e componenti prevalentemente per macchine agricole e movimento terra, nonché di un’ampia gamma di ingran

aggi destinati a settori altamente differenziati, dall’automotive al material handling, dalle applicazioni agricole al movimento terra.
- Trattori specializzati (vigneto e frutteto, tra i 60 e i 100 cavalli) rivolti a terze parti, ovvero a marchio John Deere, Massey Ferguson, Valtra e Claas, oltre ad una gamma specialistica a marchio Carraro; Agritalia sviluppa inoltre servizi d’ingegneria finalizzati alla progettazione di gamme innovative di trattori. Il Gruppo ha sede principale a Campodarsego (Padova), impiega al 31.12.2020 3.455 persone – di cui 1.480 in Italia – ed ha insediamenti produttivi in Italia (4), India, Cina e Argentina. Carraro is an international group, a leader in transmission systems for off-road vehicles and specialised tractors, with a consolidated turnover in 2020 of 478.7 million euros. The Group’s activities are divided into two Business Areas:

- Transmission systems (axles and transmissions) and components mainly for agricultural and construction equipment, and also markets a wide range of gears for very diverse sectors, from the automotive industry to material handling, agricultural applications and construction equipment.
- Specialised (vineyard and orchard, from 60 to 100 hp) Tractors for third parties, namely John Deere, Massey Ferguson, Valtra and Claas, as well as a specialist range under the Carraro brand; Agritalia also provides engineering services for the design of innovative tractor ranges. At 31.12.2020, the Group had 3,455 employees – of which 1,480 based in Italy – and has manufacturing facilities in Italy (4), India, China and Argentina.

We are proud to share another tangible example of international collaboration.

Together with SAKAI, a global Japanese group headquartered in Tokyo, Carraro India’s Service team brought its know-how directly to the field, delivering a training session at the PT SAKAI Indonesia plant in Jakarta.

The training, focused on Carraro axles for the SV520 series soil compactors, achieved excellent results and was highly appreciated by the customer.

This activity perfectly reflects the way we work: staying close to our customers, ready to support them wherever they are, with solid technical expertise and high-quality service.

A heartfelt thank you to the team for their commitment and professionalism.

L’Altino Ritrovato

The historic Altino movie theatre in Padua reopens its doors to the public upon the start of the renovation works – both structural and functional – that will transform it into a new cultural reference point for the city, thanks to the Chiara and Francesco Carraro Foundation.

On Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th June, 2026, from 10.00 to 20.00, it will be possible to freely visit the spaces of this iconic place, which for the occasion will also host the installation "Afterglow" by the artist Atej Tutta.

We are proud to support an initiative of great value for our territory.

Skills today are no longer just what we know how to do.
They are also about how we learn, how we evolve, and how we deal with change.

In a context where artificial intelligence is transforming work, it becomes essential to go beyond technical skills:

These reflections gave rise to the discussion that, on May 8, brought together around 120 professionals from companies, and HR at the Drive Service plant, in collaboration with the regional AIDP.

Among the speakers was Gianluca Nardone, CHRO of Carraro, who contributed to the dialogue on skills and the transformation of work.

💡 The message is clear: today, it is no longer enough to simply know. We must know how to evolve. Recruitment is also changing: there is increasing focus on cultural fit and the ability to adapt to continuously evolving environments.

At Carraro, we work in this direction every day, with initiatives such as:
The Carraro Spirit, the Academy, the Young Advisory Board, and the “Vivaio” program, where young students gain hands-on internship experience within the company.

Within the Carraro project for INEOS Grenadier rigid axles, the wheel hub pre-assembly island is designed to represent a new way of looking toward the future of mechanical component assembly and manufacturing.

A single, integrated, digital line that unites workflows, improves efficiency and ensures control of each step of the process.

Robotics, automation and verification systems work together to ensure accuracy, quality and complete traceability: each component is monitored, each data is collected.

The island is fully integrated with MES and AMR systems, enabling synchronous flow management, automated logistics and remote device diagnostics.

A concrete example of how Industry 4.0 takes shape every day in our factories, with strong integration among automation, in-line quality control, and data-driven manufacturing.

Sustainability as a shared culture

Last week we had the pleasure of hosting the Sustainability Group of Confindustria Veneto Est at our Headquarters in Campodarsego - a network of local companies united by a common goal: to make sustainable business a concrete practice, not just a declaration of intent.

A day full of content, starting with an overview of Carraro Group's ESG journey, followed by a plant tour and moments of in-depth analysis on the three pillars of sustainability:

· Environment - Product Carbon Footprint and our commitment to reducing our environmental impact
· Social - The projects of the Carraro Academy and cultural initiatives such as "Adopt a school"
· Governance - Evolution in the CSRD, Code of Ethics and Model 231

Meetings like this remind us that the sustainable transition is built together, through discussion, transparency and the sharing of concrete experiences.
