Benvenuti nell’esclusiva atmosfera in pieno stile moderno ed elegante del VILLA IOLE B&B , nel cuore di Carloforte, Isola di San Pietro, Sardegna.

L’intera struttura di 180 metri quadri è composta da un’ampia sala comune, una piccola area con frigorifero, e 3 stanze da letto matrimoniale dotate di tutti i comfort necessari.

Tutte le stanze sono descritte qui di seguito:

Heart Room:
Questa è la più spaziosa camera del B&B, dotata di terrazzo, TV e aria condizionata; il bagno privato ed indipendente è esterno alla camera, ma di grandi dimensioni ed equipaggiato di doccia ad idromassaggio e pavimentazioni in marmo.

Butterfly Room:
Magnifica stanza con letto matrimoniale, grande e luminosa finestra, TV e ventilatori. Dotata di bagno privato all’interno della camera.

Flower Room:
Eccellente camera da letto matrimoniale con accesso al terrazzo, TV e ventilatore a soffitto. Dotata di bagno privato all’interno della camera.

Independent apartment of 180 sqm composed of a large living room with 3 king size bedroom. All rooms are described as follow: Heart Room: This is the biggest bedroom into the house, with terrace, TV and fan; a private bathroom external to the room is furnished with a hydro-massage shower and marble floor. Price: 80 Euro per night in June, July and september; 90 Euro per night in August Butterfly Room: Great king size bedroom, with huge window, TV and fan. Private bathroom into the room. Price: 70 Euro per night in June, July and september; 80 Euro per night in August. Flower Room: Excellent kin-size bedroom, with terrace, TV and fan; into the room there is also your private bathroom. Price: 70 Euro per night in June, July and september; 80 Euro per night in August. A communal frigde is also furnished. Cleaning of the room is done each three days. Breakfast is included into the price. Services included: Bed sheets, Bathroom towels, TV in every room, fridge, breakfast and cleaning room service each three day. Located in the city center of Carloforte, you can reach all the amenities on foot in a few moments. A few miles away from the most important and famous beaches of the Island od San Pietro (Girin, Guidi, La Bobba, La Caletta...). The apartment is located a stone's throw from the city center and very close to shops and supermarkets. It is located in a quiet place with little traffic and therefore the ideal place to spend a holiday in complete serenity. We do not allow pets Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

All accessories are created to give to the guests a special atmosphere.The location is perfect. Quiet and tranquil, steps from all the sandy beaches surranding this amazing Island coast. Two minute drive to supermarkets, restaurants, seaside, sandy white beaches, beautiful views with breathtaking seacliff, and all the comforts you will need, are near your apartment.Maid service is available upon request on a daily or weekly basis for an extra fee.

Offrimo uno splendido monolocale con una vista eccezionale sulle Saline di Carloforte (Isola di San Pietro).

Camera molto ampia con uscita in giardino! Silenziosa con bagno privato e tutti i comfort!

Al centro della città, aria condizionata, macchina del caffe, Tv, asciugamani e lenzuola.

Siamo a 5 minuti di macchina dalla più vicina spiaggia.

Dal centro città siamo collegati con le spiagge con i bus urbani disponibili ogni mezz'ora. Nella via centrale tutte le sere si può passeggiare in mezzo alle bancarelle o ai negozi aperti fino tardi.

Nel cuore della storica cittadina di Carloforte, il nostro Monolocale vi offre il meglio dell'ospitalità Tabarkina. Il Monolocale si trova in una luminosa villa immersa nel verde.

Le spiagge più suggestive, Girin, Punta Nera, Guidi, La Bobba, La Caletta etc. e la miriade di calette che costellano la Costa dell'Isola di San Pietro sono a solo qualche km dal centro.
