Sacramundi is born above an almost secret place: the Lovara Quarry, a marble deposit lying beneath our vineyards, shaping everything that grows above.
Lovara is not just stone. It is origin.
Marble gives the soil its unmistakable minerality—precise, elegant, inherited. Water flows through the rock, absorbs its character, and returns to the surface to nourish the vine.
A perfect cycle: the rock protects, the water sustains, the vineyard tells the story.
At Sacramundi, terroir is a dialogue between what lies beneath and what grows above. Because the finest wine is born when nature is not forced, but listened to.
