Bernard Rion rose- a full and rich rose of Pinot noir and gamay from Vosne- Romanee Burgundy.

Glow Glow Weiss- a lovely white blend from Germany. Made from Muller Thurgau, Bacchus, and Scheurebe.

Rendondel “Indulgente” Teroldego- a brand new Teroldego wine brought in by my friends Doria Wines.

Emilio Vada Barbera d’Asti- fresh, juicy, immediately loveable wine from the Piedmont.

VERSO n’est pas chauvin, depuis son lancement il a à cœur de vous proposer une gamme de vins étrangers, sélectionnés sur dégustation comme tout ce qui prend place dans votre Cave à vins.

• L’objectif de VERSO ? Casser les idées reçues et les clichés que l’on a tous pu se faire sur une appellation, un cépage, venant d’une contrée lointaine.

Parce que:
• NON, on ne trouve pas que des Malbec puissants et confiturés en Argentine !
• NON, les Rioja ne sont pas tous dominés par le bois !
• OUI, il existe des Cavas capable de bousculer les buveurs invétérés de Champagne !
• OUI, L’Italie ne se limite pas au Chianti et au Barolo !

Moscato d’Asti – Emilio Vada
Installé entre Turin et Gêne, Emilio Vada produit sur un terroir argilo-calcaire des Moscato Bianco di Canelli, appelés Muscat Petit Grain en France et que l’on retrouve notamment dans notre fameux Muscat de Rivesaltes.

• Vin très légèrement pétillant une partie du sucre résiduel du raisin est ici conservé pour apporter douceur et aromatique au vin. On attrape toute la panoplie des fruits d’été : pêche et orange confite s’expriment en bouche avant de s’orienter sur une trame fraîche et florale.

En ce , VERSO mets du soleil 🌞 dans vos verres, puisque la météo ne veut pas faire son boulot.

Winemaker shout out!

Emilio Vada wines and their Piemontese charm are proudly displayed at the shop.

Emilio’s winery is located near the small town of Coazzolo; in the Langhe where it meets Monferrato. Because of this they produce not just Moscato and Barbera D’Asti, but Dolcetto D’Alba and Langhe a Nebbiolo.

The Barbera is classic: fresh and bright red berry fruits burst from the glass, lip smacking acidity, and soft tannins. This is Charcuterie’s best friend!

Their Moscato is lively and delicate. The tickle of effervescence lifts notes of apricot, peach, and honeysuckle to the nose. And those same flavors are lovely on the palate. * Chef’s Kiss 🤌🤌🤌
