Production, winetasting and sale tipical Wines I nostri vini sono prodotti con uve tipiche della zona, provenienti dai nostri vigneti, situati in località Bondi, che denomina l’azienda. La struttura de
l fabbricato ricorda il vecchio stile di casa rurale con corte e porticati che circondano l’intera abitazione. Il lavoro che noi svolgiamo nella nostra Azienda va dal piantare, crescere, curare la vite e vendemmiare, fino alla fase finale della vendita diretta della singola bottiglia di vino. Ogni anno selezioniamo le migliori partite di vino affinché la nostra clientela possa avere un prodotto di qualità ad un prezzo equo. La nostra gamma di vini comprende tipologie diverse, ma essendo una piccola azienda a conduzione famigliare limitiamo il numero di bottiglie prodotte. La vendita viene curata direttamente dalla titolare in collaborazione con la figlia, accogliendo amichevolmente i propri clienti in un ambiente elegante e cordiale. Nelle nostre bottiglie non c’è solo del buon vino, ma anche la passione per il nostro lavoro. Unsere Weine wird aus bodeneigenen, für diese Gegend typischen Trauben hergestellt, die in einem dem Familienbesitz angehörigen Landstricht der Gemeinde Bardolino, der Bondi heißt, liegt und aus diesem Grunde auch unser Firmenname geworden ist. In Albarè befindet sich unsere Weinkellerei mit einer Weinverkaufsstelle. Der Baustil dieses Anwesens erinnert an die Bauart der vor langer Zeit angefertigten Bauernhäuser mit einem Hof und Säulengängen die gesamte Wohnfläche umgeben. Unsere Arbeit beginnt mit der Anlage der Weinbergen, setzt sich fort mit ihrer Pflege im Laufe der verschiedenen Jahreszeiten, erstreckt sich mit der Ernte und vollendet sich mit dem direkten Verkauf jeder einzelnen Flasche Wein. Jedes Jahr wählen wir die besten Weine, damit unsere Kunden die beste Qualität zum richtigen Preis erhalten. In unserer Kellerei können wir verschiedene Weine produzieren, die Quantität müssen wir allerdings einigermaßen begrenzen, weil wir eine kleine „Familienfirma“ sind. Im Geschäft befinden sich die Leiterin Maria Rosa mit ihrer Tochter Alessia: sie willkommen ihre Kunden mit Freundlichkeit und Höflichkeit in einer eleganten Umgebung. Unsere Flaschen enthalten nicht nur guten Wein, sondern auch unsere Liebe für unsere Arbeit. We are a small “family farm” and we produce our wines only with local grapes. Bondi is the name of the area where we have wineyards. In Albarè there is our new wine-cellar with a wine shop. This building was made a few years ago and it looks like the tipical old house from here. Our work goes from planting, growing, harvesting and curing the vine, until the final stage of the direct sales of single bottle of wine. Every year we select the best batches of wine so that our customers can have a quality product at a right price. Our range includes different types of wines, but we are a small family farm and we have to limit the number of bottles produced. The sale is run directly by the owner Maria Rosa in collaboration with her daughter Alessia, they welcome their customers with kindness and courtesy in an elegant environment. In our bottles there is not only wine, but also the passion for our work.
