Preparing a new work of art on two wheels.
These few images cannot convey the amount of work and care required to create each ULTRA custom frame. It all starts with preparing the seat and spacers based on the position and angle of the backrest. Once the seat position is determined, the boom and frame are cut to size. The process then moves on to the paint shop, where each part is wrapped to create the different colors, masks are applied to create lettering and graphics, and finally, the work is completed with a glossy clear coat. At this point, each part is packaged for shipping to the customer.
