I am delighted to announce the collaboration with LENEL , a property that has embraced a contemporary vision of hospitality in the heart of Brescia, Italy (my town).

Opened in January 2026, LENEL was created around a clear concept: twelve beautifully designed rooms, a refined dining experience, thoughtfully curated interiors, and the ambition to become a destination not only for international travellers but also for the local community.

Every new hotel opening is an opportunity to define a distinctive identity and build a guest experience that stands the test of time.

My consultancy will focus on translating the owners’ vision into a coherent hospitality model by refining the property’s concept, service standards, guest experience, and market positioning. The objective is to build on an already outstanding foundation and further strengthen LENEL’s identity, ensuring every aspect of the guest journey reflects the same level of quality, authenticity, and attention to detail.

I am grateful to Andrea Mantovani and Cinzia Bonetti, owners of LENEL Boutique Room, for placing their trust in Vegan Set Hospitality Boutique, and I look forward to contributing to a project with all the qualities needed to establish itself as a benchmark for contemporary boutique hospitality in Italy.

I’m excited to share that my 5 year lasting collaboration with World Vegan Travel | Vegan Group Tours has now evolved into a new role for me and over the coming months, I will be collaborating as their European Product Specialist, supporting the development of their exceptional vegan journeys across Europe.

My role will include identifying outstanding luxury hotels and restaurants, collaborating with chefs on refined vegan dining experiences, scouting destinations, and building relationships with hospitality partners who share a common commitment to excellence.

What makes this collaboration especially meaningful is the shared philosophy behind it: that luxury is not measured by extravagance, but by authenticity, generosity, craftsmanship and genuine care. The finest travel experiences are created when every detail reflects these values.
