Qui la viticoltura è un gesto preciso, scandito dalle pendenze e da un clima che alterna freschezza alpina ed estati soleggiate. Gli 8 ettari vitati si distribuiscono in piccole parcelle dedicate a otto varietà a bacca bianca - tra cui Sylvaner, Riesling, Kerner, Gewürztraminer - che in questo territorio trovano una definizione vibrante e di grande energia. La gamma di Pacher.Huber si concentra esclusivamente sui bianchi: una visione rigorosa che si esprime in una Private Cuvée e nella selezione degli otto monovitigni, ognuno plasmato per esaltare l’identità del vitigno e il suo legame indissolubile con il territorio. ✨
On the western slopes of the Isarco Valley, between Novacella and Elvas, Pacher.Huber rises within a striking vertical landscape defined by crisp light and altitudes reaching 1000 metres. Here, viticulture is a precise craft, shaped by steep slopes and a climate that alternates between alpine freshness and sunny summers. The estate’s 8 hectares of vineyards are divided into small parcels dedicated to eight white grape varieties - including Sylvaner, Riesling, Kerner and Gewürztraminer - which achieve a vibrant and energetic expression in this terroir. Pacher.Huber focuses exclusively on white wines: a rigorous vision expressed through a Private Cuvée and a selection of eight single-varietal wines, each crafted to highlight the identity of the grape and its indissoluble bond with the terroir. ✨
