Rapanelli International recently completed the procurement and delivery of agricultural tractor implements for FAO in Kazakhstan, with equipment destined for Almaty.

The supplied implements included:

• a rotary cultivator
• a disc harrow

The project required coordination across manufacturers, freight operators, customs procedures, and local counterparts to ensure the equipment reached its destination according to the requirements of the order.

Another completed international procurement project by Rapanelli Procurement.

Under an ICMPD tender within the BMP-Maghreb programme, we managed the supply and delivery of five FPT Industrial marine propulsion engines for Tunisia.

What this project required:

Rapanelli Procurement (a Rapanelli International brand) has successfully completed the supply and delivery of specialised agricultural equipment for a project coordinated by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).

Following an international tender procedure, Rapanelli was awarded the contract to procure and deliver two tractor attachments destined for agricultural operations in Serbia.

The most challenging aspect of this project was timing.

The purchase order was issued on 30 December, during the holiday season when manufacturing, logistics and customs operations across Europe typically slow down.

Despite these constraints, our team coordinated sourcing, documentation, and international transport, completing the entire operation in just 20 days, with delivery finalised by 22 January.

Projects like this demonstrate what international procurement truly requires:
technical coordination, reliable logistics, and the ability to execute under strict timelines.
