This year too, in Mastronicola Estate, as the vineyard begins to turn red and orange, we're harvesting the Nocera grapes we left to dry on the vine. We'll let them dry in the cellar and in the spring they'll be vinified; then, they'll begin their long aging in french oak barriques. This will be our Kio Nocera Passito, which we'll be tasting in a few years.
