Last week we joined the Puglia stop of Vinidea on the Road 2026 in Locorotondo (Bari, Italy) a full day dedicated to rosé winemaking

A training session rich in technical depth focused on the techniques, challenges, and new perspectives shaping rosé production in 2026.

🍇 Alessandro Magrin, Technical Winemaking Specialist at Enartis led a session titled "Color Protection During Fermentation: Focus on Rosé Wines" — exploring the critical steps to protect and define color, and extend the longevity of the color fraction.

⚙️ Diego De Filippi, Technical Manager at Parsec Enologia presented "Predictive and Adaptive Management – The New Frontier of Yeast Nutrition" — a perspective on how data-driven approaches are reshaping fermentation management.

An event that once again confirms the value of knowledge-sharing, research, and continuous innovation in modern enology.

🍇 Tre giorni di confronto sul futuro del vino.

Dal 28 al 30 maggio, a Conegliano, si è tenuto il 79° Congresso Nazionale Assoenologi uno degli appuntamenti chiave per il dialogo tra enologi e professionisti del settore.
