THE NEW GUCCI COLLECTION BECOMES A FILM
The brand has revealed that Gucci's new SS21 collection will be presented with a seven-part film set in Rome starring Billie Eilish, Harry Styles and Florence Welch.
The seven episodes will be released during the GucciFest, a digital review that will take place from 16th to 22th November.
15 independent designers will also present their collection at the show, making GucciFest look like a counter-digital fashion week.

The world of organic and natural product will be meeting again in Bologna - in full compliance with all safety regulations - for Sana Restart, the trade show aimed to kickstart the entire sector after the difficult last few months.
SANA RESTART will focus on the topics and market segments that have consolidated SANA as Italy’s key showcase for organic and natural products: Food, Care&Beauty and Green lifestyle.

This account was born thanks to the trend “creative transparency” that in the last period has prompted designers like Alessandro Michele, Jonathan Anderson, John Galliano or Simon Porte Jacquemus to make public the behind the scenes of the creation of campaign, collections and fashion shows.

In the moment of stall created by the Covid-19 pandemic it was impossible to carry out shooting and advertising campaigns which usually involves on the set dozens of people.
Fashion brands like Jacquemus and Gucci have found brilliant alternatives to face this situation.
Jacquemus with the collaboration of the photographer Pierre-Ange Carlotti and Bella Hadid has created his advertising campaign “Jacquemus at Home” on FaceTime.
Simple but still catchy images, to portray the garments of the SS20 created to celebrate the brand’s tenth anniversary.
Alessandro Michele has decided to upset the “Gucci the Ritual” advertising campaign by making self-portraits of the models.
All the images were made at home without the support of a photographic set, hair & make-up artist.

In the era of total communication, fashion brands try to capture attention, entertain and bring followers to think.
Some brands have started to confer more importance to audio communication.
Spotify is the favorite platform for music and that’s why Virgil Abloh, DJ and creative director of Louis Vuitton, has created the playlist "Music journey" for the French fashion house. This brand is just one of many that has chosen to communicate through this music app. As a matter of fact the accounts of Alexander McQueen, Prada, Fendi, Gucci, Msgm, Dsquared2, Marc Jacob and Philosophy by Lorenzo Serafini are already online.
