Rent a row of wines in Chianti and produce your own personalized bottles.

The Azienda Agricola di Baj Macario Enrico Giovanni is to be found on land situated between 232 and 280 meters above sea level. Immersed in the green countryside, in a position with a wonderful view of the characteristic Tuscan countryside, this Azienda Agricola is dedicated above all to the characteristic cultivation of olive groves and vineyards. It contains about 500 olive trees (which produce at least 15 quintals of Extra virgin Olive Oil) and over 5 hectares of vineyards, 3.5 of which are registered under “Chianti Classico D.O.C.G:” ( allowing a production of more than 250 quintals of grapes and 175 hectoliters of wine), and 2 registered under “I.G.T.” ( with a production of 280 quintals of grapes and 230 hectoliters of wine). There are also zones in the Azienda which are given over to pasture and wood, including a small natural reserve of “Tuber Albidum Pico”, more commonly known as the Marzaiuolo truffle. While waiting for the innovative project “Rent a row of vines in Chianti” to take off, the Azienda continued to produce high quality oil and wine, competing with the very top levels in this sector.
