Stiamo assumendo per il ruolo di ATTREZZISTA MECCANICO!

La figura che cerchiamo ha la mansione di predisporre alla produzione le presse ad iniezione installando gli stampi necessari alla lavorazione.

É richiesta:

- buona capacitá di lavorare in ;
- buona capacitá di ascolto e seguire le istruzioni in modo preciso;
- attenzione ai dettagli;
- ordine e precisione.

É preferibile che il candidato abbia una minima conoscenza di manutenzione macchinari, stampi e materie plastiche; così come la predisposizione all’utilizzo di computer e gestionali aziendali.

L’orario di lavoro abituale é su giornata, ma con la possibilitá di richiesta al primo turno.

IL PRIMO SACCO DI POLISTIROLO

In questa foto il sig. Mazzucchelli aveva sì e no vent’anni e non aveva idea che gli sforzi ed i sacrifici che stava facendo avrebbero dato vita a Plasti-Max, “𝑐ℎ𝑖 𝑙𝑜 𝑖𝑚𝑚𝑎𝑔𝑖𝑛𝑎𝑣𝑎”, dice.

Racconta spesso di quegli anni, di come le cose siano cambiate: 𝑝𝑒𝑛𝑠𝑎𝑡𝑒 - spiega in dialetto bergamasco – 𝑐ℎ𝑒 𝑖𝑙 𝑝𝑟𝑖𝑚𝑜 𝑠𝑎𝑐𝑐𝑜 𝑑𝑖 𝑝𝑜𝑙𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑖𝑟𝑜𝑙𝑜, 𝑠𝑜𝑛𝑜 𝑎𝑛𝑑𝑎𝑡𝑜 𝑎 𝑀𝑖𝑙𝑎𝑛𝑜 𝑎 𝑝𝑟𝑒𝑛𝑑𝑒𝑟𝑙𝑜, 𝑖𝑛 𝑏𝑖𝑐𝑖”.

A quei tempi non c’era alcuna rete distributiva, ed il polistirolo veniva importato solo dalle grandi aziende che solitamente si trovavano nelle città più sviluppate, come Milano appunto.

È importante ricordarsi come quelle che oggi consideriamo “banalità’” lo siano diventate grazie a qualcuno che prima di noi ha trasformato degli ostacoli in conquiste.

Chissà, fra 50 anni, quali difficoltà daremo per scontate.

I nostri prodotti riciclati sono il risultato di un' interna che coinvolge l’intero processo produttivo con:

➡️ Riutilizzo diretto dei rifiuti interni
➡️ Utilizzo di materiali riciclati certificati provenienti dalla “raccolta dei rifiuti”
➡️ Imballaggi riciclati, tutto è prodotto con almeno il 30% di energia rinnovabile.

Nowadays the trend is 🄰🄻🅃🄴🅁🄽🄰🅃🄸🅅🄴 🄼🄰🅃🄴🅁🄸🄰🄻🅂 – but what’s included in this expression?

Mainly BIO 🌱 and RECYCLED ♻️ plastics.

We tested both categories, we identified the most suitable ones replacing our usual materials and we’re now able to suggest customers the best alternative.

We’re carrying on some important projects using BIO plastics, but the truth is that just a few are willing to pay for it – It’s still way too much expensive 💸 and there are also doubts on its true sustainability❕

Recycled material, on the other hand, is preferred – it’s more affordable, and so considered a good economical and eco-friendly compromise.

We need to adapt our offer to the marketplace demand – so we test what’s available to have the chance to satisfy any requests. However, this is a global revolution and we want to face it in a pro-active way: we’re collaborating with an important Italian University to find OUR OWN alternative! 👩🏻‍🏫👨🏼‍🏫

There are many types of plastics – but the ones we use the most are PS, PP, PC and PE and it depends on the features an item needs to have, especially in term of performance and surface finish.

Let’s have a very quick look together.

🔶 Polystyrene and Polycarbonate: suitable for hangers which have to be 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗱; they usually display clothes and they give a brilliant and 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 finish. PC is more 𝘂𝗻𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 and 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁.

🔶 Polypropylene and Polyethylene: softer and more 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲, they are good for some little hooks, clips and belt hooks that have to be more 𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰.

Our experience led us to link each item to a certain material but if a customer has specific requests, we will find the right blend to meet its needs.

This is a simplistic description but it conveys the meaning of their main differences.
