I just designed and led a personal brand and experience retreat in Italy. For six days, I watched founders, creatives, and business leaders strip away the version of themselves they'd been performing and find the one worth building a brand around.

That's the thing about getting out of your context. The noise stops. The pressure to look a certain way stops. And what's left is actually interesting.

I'll be sharing more about what we built, what it means, and where it's going. But for now, I'm still in the glow of watching people climb Cringe Mountain in the actual Italian countryside. 🫶
