Ragazzi la 2024 è stata veramente un' annata impegnativa ma... anche quest' anno tocca trovare degli insegnamenti per il futuro:
- le vigne meglio esposte, dove il sole ed il vento accorciano drasticamente la bagnatura fogliare e creano rapidamente un microclima caldo, hanno meglio performato, ricordandoci che si, è figo avere in annate torride come la 2022 vigne a nord, ma è nelle grandi vigne che, a prescindere dall' annata, troviamo la costanza in termini di quantità e qualità.
-siamo sempre lì, non conta quanti trattamenti fai, ma scegliere i momenti giusti, ed i prodotti giusti; tenere questi benedetti grappoli costantemente liberi da tralci e foglie è fondamentale, ancor di più in annate come queste.
-zucchero si, zucchero no... poi vedo certi grand cru francesi con 12 in etichetta e tutto passa. Rispettiamo l' annata e portiamo a casa il meglio, i numeri li lasciamo agli insicuri 😜
Chiudo dicendo che in tutta questa diatriba Cottarella, report, assoenolgi, hypster, inganni, vini naturali, "parole parole parole", la mia idea è sempre questa:
IL VINO È UNA COSA SEMPLICE.🙌

Guys, 2024 was truly a challenging year but... this year too we need to find some lessons for the future:
- the best exposed vineyards, where the sun and wind drastically shorten leaf wetness and quickly create a warm microclimate, performed best, reminding us that yes, it's cool to have vineyards in the north in torrid years like 2022, but it's in the great vineyards which, regardless of the vintage, we find consistency in terms of quantity and quality.
- we are always there, it doesn't matter how many treatments you do, but choosing the right moments and the right products; keeping these blessed bunches constantly free from shoots and leaves is essential, even more so in years like these.
-sugar yes, sugar no... then I see certain French grand crus with 12 on the label and everything goes away. Let's respect the year and keep the best at home, we'll leave the numbers to the insecure 😜
I close by saying that in all this diatribe Cottarella, oenologists, natural wines, "words, words, words", my idea is always this:
WINE IS A SIMPLE THING.🙌
