è una lunga storia che parte dal 1851, quando i possedimenti con i vigneti circostanti - acquistati dall'Arciduca Rainer d'Austria, Vicerè del Lombardo Veneto - vennero ereditati dai Conti von Kuenburg da parte del principe Enrico di Campofranco. Le Cantine sono all'interno del Castello a testimonianza di un'aristocrazia rurale che da sempre vede convivere la vita del Castello con l'attività vitivinicola.
