Thoughtfully chosen finishes enhance the natural beauty of the wood while providing extra protection. For this surface we used Yakisugi, a traditional Japanese wood-burning technique, followed by a special lacquer to seal the surface and prevent staining.

This finish works beautifully for sculptural pieces and artworks!

“Chrysalis” is a limewood sculpture that we had the opportunity to collaborate on.

Artist Leonardo Morales visited our Atelier in Val Gardena to work on and complete his sculpture on site, combining his artistic vision with traditional woodcraft.

The "Dolm Table" designed by Pieter Maes for Editions Courbet.

Crafted with a focus on material and finish, the tabletop was milled from ash wood, stained and carefully sanded to achieve a soft, matte surface. The feet are carved from stone and add a subtle contrast to the warm wood.

A few glimpses into the making of this miniature model of rescue helicopter. CNC milled from maple wood with custom 3D-printed parts, then finished with laser-engraved details to bring it all together. 🚁
