☀️🏖️We have a vacancy next summer for the 10 nights 14th to 24th July 2026.☀️🏖️

Unfortunately, Sue & Kevin they just couldn’t find flights that match the different holiday dates for their extended family group, which would have rndnled them to use this period.
However they have confirmed their holidays already for 2027 but these dates for 2026 are now available to book again.
The whole of August until the end of the first week in September 2027 is now also booked, in addition to Sue and Kevin’s July dates.

Unless anyone wants an early/mid June holidays or a mid September onwards holiday in 2026, we are now otherwise fully booked next year with repeat and regular guests.

We are already received bookings for 2027 from guests who have booked what was left available for them next year in 2026, but would prefer in 2027 to get the dates that actually suit them better.

Well the first confirmed booking for 2026 is in.
Ernest & Agnieszka from Poland, they usually holiday in Villa Azzurra, but like our other repeat guests who previous years enjoyed staying in the villas that we have now sold, they now are booking Villa Suzannah to be able to continue holidaying with us.

Took friends to the location of the James Bond Movie ( actually both locations) of Gravina in Puglia, and the ancient cave city of Matera.
We returned via the destroyed Greek colony city of Metaponto with the nearby Grecian Temple of Hera.
Long day and we were all glad to get home when we did, esp as the heavens opened during the latter part of our excursion in Matera.

Sunday lunch with friends by the sea in Puglia, mixed seafood antipasta, linguine with lobster and scampi, lemon and prawn risotto, sea bass with gamberoni finished with chantilly cake and espresso.
Gorgeous food with great service in good company.

Nice supper in Claudio & Giovanna’s ZONA FAO 37 123 restaurant last night.
Frittura mista of calamari, prawns and triglie for Noirin, and just mixed grilled fish for myself.
Simple and delicious.

Browsed around the Easter Monday street market in Torchiarolo this morning.
Bought some nice cheeses, olives and salami.
The whole market was all packed up and cleared away by lunchtime to make way for this evenings annual event of the Procession of the Madonna di Galeano.
