Spot the difference!!

My husband sent me the first photo, pleased with how well Gemini had removed the clutter from the background, I hadn't seen the original but my first comment was -

Why is the pony grey?!!

He hadn't even noticed that it had changed the pony's colour without being asked!! (Also what is with my very orange tan?!)

I keep saying it and will continue to do so - AI is all great, but you are always going to need humans to check the work!!

This is what makes the difference between myself and a lot of other VA's out there, we can all use AI but my strength is my brain, my ability to predict the process and outside factors that may be affected and to come up with solutions that work for you and your business.

If you ask any of the AI bots a question it will come up with an answer, but the answer may be wrong and most certainly there may be another answer that it hasn't even thought of because you didn't ask it!!

Staff management often does just boil down to clear communication!

This week I am working with a client who has big plans for growth and with that, recruit employees. So I can offer reliable support while they grow their business and when the time comes I can support the recruitment process and train the new member of staff.

Sometimes I might be a permanent fixture and I love that, other times I am a good solution for keeping the business owner focused on growing the business rather than keeping the systems organised and productive - and there is absolutely no shame in that!

I hope one day I can congratulate you on terminating our contract! ☺️🏆

May your day be cut short, like mine.

On the school run this morning, I promised my kids that I would work hard, avoid distractions and get everything done that I needed to do before pick up so that we could spend the afternoon in the pool, eating pizza and having a movie night.

Mission accomplished.

Time is the most precious commodity we have. Whether that is spending time with your kids or spending time doing the hobby that brings you joy, there is no point building an empire if you don't enjoy the journey along the way.

Obviously I have to make this relevant to my business page otherwise it is just a brag post, so if you aren't able to clock off early on a sunny Friday to spend time doing something that is important to you, then pick up the phone and let's talk about handing over some of the burden to me to sort.
