Design and construction of Flight Data Recorders for aerobatic and general aviation aircrafts.

22/06/2026

During Porto 2026 we had the opportunity to collect and analyze real air race flight data.

The stopwatch gives the result.

Flight data reveals the decisions behind it.

A flight can be replayed, reviewed and analyzed from different perspectives, long after the engine has stopped.

Every gate.
Every meter.
Every decision.

Because learning doesn't end when you leave the cockpit.

Flight Recording Systems is proud to join Daniel Genevey on his journey to the World Air Race Championship.

From aerobatic training to high-speed air racing, our mission remains the same: helping pilots improve with every flight.

We're excited to be part of the journey.

More from Porto coming soon.

Air racing is all about precision.

We're excited to introduce a new capability inside the FRS Online Viewer:
✈️ Build race courses
🚩 Place gates and chicanes
📈 Replay flights in 3D
🎯 Analyze trajectories and performance

The same tools used to review aerobatic flights can now be used to digitally reconstruct an air race course.

The crowd sees the race. The pilot sees the data.

More soon from Porto.

If you see this logo on an aircraft, it means one thing:

that flight is being measured.

New logo, same obsession:
turning flight data into replay, analysis and performance.

From aerobatic training to air racing, FRS helps pilots see what really happened in the sky.

Because speed is spectacular.
But data makes it understandable.

More coming soon.

✈️ We’ve partnered with the Aerobatic World Cup.

FRS joins the most spectacular aerobatic competition on the planet — and together, we’re setting a new standard.

No spoilers, but what’s coming will change the game.

Stay tuned. The sky won’t look the same again.

We tracked this humpty bump with two 1/8 rolls on the vertical.
From the cockpit, it felt tight.
But the roll rate graph tells another story...

Between the rolls, we never truly stopped.
No zero. No stop. No crisp.

That’s why we record everything.
Because progress starts when perception meets data.

Track your flight. Master every roll.

22/03/2025

That snap roll felt great… right?

Let’s look at the data.

👀 See what the cockpit saw.
🌍 Watch the 3D flight path.
📈 Spot the sloppy stop in the roll rate graph.

Every maneuver is a chance to learn.

🧠 Fly. Record. Debrief. Repeat.
