☆ FUN FACT FRIDAY☆
This week’s fact is devoted to the second industry included in the challenges, the CONSUMER GOODS one!

However, did you know that it depends quite heavily on reputations, which can be lost overnight? An interesting example is Apple. Although its it today considered as one of the world’s most reputable brands, Apple faced a big negative public reaction, when it decided to drop rival Google Inc.’s Maps system, replacing it with its own. After a significant wave of negative press, it managed to restore its image, and this happened only when the CEO Tim Cook personally wrote a public letter, apologizing for the situation created, even encouraging users to rely on Google Maps – a suggestion which would have seemed unimaginable a few months before!
Stay tuned for more interesting stories coming up!
