The company is managed by Patrizia Di Patrizio who has over 22 years experience working in sales and marketing for some of the world’s leading hotel luxury brands, such as Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Concorde Hotels and Resorts and Rocco Forte
Hotels. At the heart of the company there are essentially two core areas, Consulting and Sales Representation. The objective of the consulting activity is to provide assistance with our clients sales and marketing efforts in order to help them further position their products and develop additional sales. Every consultancy is tailor made according to our clients needs and priorities and they focus on some or all of the key elements in the sales and marketing area, such as:
The brand and its “Value”, product positioning, key and secondary markets, segmentation analysis and strategy, content and values of the product offering, methods and channels of sales, distribution and communication, loyalty schemes, development of external partnerships and affiliations programs. The objective of the Sales and Marketing Representation services is to become the “brand ambassador” of our clients in the Italian and/or other overseas markets. The sales and marketing Representation is conducted throughout the year via a series of Sales and Marketing activities undertaken with the aim of increasing the brand awareness and exposure, and therefore revenues from these regions. The Luxury Lab has an extensive network of high end customers from the Leisure, the MICE and the Corporate sector from the following regions: Italy, France, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, United Kingdom and Russia.
