Specialized in leadership and career progression for women : leadership development, career coaching and training, executives coaching and women's initiatives are the main areas of expertise. Prior to shifting my focus to coaching and leadership development, I spent 15 years in Paris in several leading multinationals as Director of F&A Europe, responsible for finance, human resources, and general
administration. After realizing that I could make a greater positive impact through concentrating on people development rather than on number crunching, I put my multicultural corporate experience, managerial abilities and personal traits together to focus on leading clients, particularly women, toward professional fulfillment. In all that I do, I put my values of integrity, authentic communication and caring at the forefront. In turn, I assist professionals, managers and leaders in affirming their own values, as well as in clarifying and achieving their objectives. I strive to help others find the key to reaching their full potential with clarity and confidence. As president and director in various capacities of the Professional Women’s Association of Milan since 2004, I endeavor to contribute to the fulfillment of women in their careers in this role as well. Most recently Director of Professional Development, I led the design and implementation of the association’s popular Mentoring Program, now entering its third edition and expanding. Originally from Cape Cod (Boston, USA), I received a BS in Business Administration summa cm laude from Northeastern University and graduated from Corporate Coach University International. Certified by the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), I have been a member of ICF US and Italy since 2004. I am qualified in several individual and team assessment tools.
