Falco&Associati (previously Eurocrea Merchant) participates in several transnational projects.

Eurocrea Merchant was born on the initiative of a group of professionals, all chartered certified accountants with decades of experience, who have as their own mission to support qualified firms with the experience and know-how acquired in the different areas of the country's economic sectors. Over the years, Eurocrea Merchant has steadily consolidated its multidisciplinary approach, assisting business projects of excellence in various economic sectors. Besides consulting and advisoring activities, Eurocrea Merchant is also involved in the organisation of training courses and in European Projects management. Part of the team is constantly involved in searching the best funding opportunities offered by the European Commission, and in designing and managing projects themselves or for other Italian SMEs.

As a partner in the FINMAN+ project, Falco&Associati is about to start piloting a new Financial Literacy Assessment Tool designed to put financial decision-making into practice.

Instead of simply testing what you know, the tool presents real-life financial situations and challenges to help identify strengths and areas where further learning could make a difference. It also allows users to follow their progress and better understand their own financial skills over time.

🌍🤝 Back to work after the summer break!

On 2 September, the Abc-D.E.af consortium came together for our first online project meeting after the summer break. 💻✨

Abc-D.E.af – Deaf Entrepreneur, an Erasmus+ project, is working to empower deaf learners through entrepreneurship and business education, supporting them in developing the skills and confidence they need to pursue self-employment and entrepreneurial opportunities. 🚀

The project addresses the barriers deaf people continue to face in accessing employment and entrepreneurship education by promoting inclusive and accessible VET opportunities, tailored learning resources and stronger pathways towards economic independence and social inclusion. 🤝

After the summer pause, it was great to reconnect with our partners, take stock of the work completed so far, and look ahead at the next steps and activities. 💬📚

We’re back and ready to keep moving forward — towards more inclusive, accessible and empowering entrepreneurship education for deaf learners across Europe! 💙🇪🇺

☀️ Before heading into the summer holidays, the DEIMAN4Finance partnership came together for another productive project meeting!

Today, partners discussed the progress of the project and the next steps toward building a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive finance sector through Vocational Education and Training (VET).

💼 DEIMAN4FINANCE aims to:
✅ Equip professionals with the skills to become DEI Managers.
✅ Strengthen the digital capacities of VET providers.
✅ Develop a micro-credential system to certify DEI management competences.
✅ Create an innovative e-learning platform and teaching methodology, followed by pilot activities.

Together, we're helping shape workplaces where diversity is valued, inclusion is embedded, and equal opportunities become the norm.

Last week, our team at Falco&Associati had the opportunity to take part in the OASIS Summer Camp in Paris, an inspiring week dedicated to preparing the next generation of professionals for the green transition in the construction sector. 🌱🏗️

What impressed us most was not only the quality of the technical visits and workshops, but also the enthusiasm of the young participants. Bringing together VET learners from different countries created an environment where ideas, experiences, and perspectives could naturally be shared.

The construction sector is evolving rapidly, and developing green skills is no longer optional. Initiatives like the OASIS Summer Camp show that combining practical learning with international cooperation is one of the most effective ways to prepare future professionals for the challenges ahead.

We are proud to contribute to the OASIS project and to work alongside partners across Europe to make this transition a reality. 🤝

Did you know that, according to recent studies, diverse teams are more likely to make better decisions and foster innovation within organisations? 📊

This is one of the reasons why Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are becoming increasingly important topics across all sectors, including finance.

This week, the DEIMAN4Finance partnership met online to continue with the preparation of the next major phase of the project: the pilot testing of our training programme. More than 75 participants, including VET learners, middle managers, and financial professionals, will be involved in testing the courses developed by the consortium.

At the same time, partners continue working on the learning platform, dissemination activities, and stakeholder engagement to ensure that the project’s results reach professionals and organisations across Europe.

We are excited to move from development to implementation and see how the DEIMAN4FINANCE training programme can contribute to building a more inclusive financial sector across Europe 🌍

Today, on 11 June 2026, partners of the Abc-D.E.af project met to coordinate the next steps in the development of the toolkit and training modules for Deaf Entrepreneur, a European initiative dedicated to empowering Deaf learners through entrepreneurship and business education. 🤝📚

This session marked an important moment of alignment and collaboration as we move forward with creating accessible, practical learning resources that support inclusive entrepreneurial pathways across Europe. 🌍✨

The LTTA in Barcelona has successfully come to an end! 🇪🇸✨

From 20 to 22 May, Falco&Associati participated in the Learning, Teaching and Training Activity organised by Institut d’Estudis Financers within the framework of the DEIMAN4Finance project 💼📚

This event represented an important milestone for the project, as partners worked together on the validation of the training contents that will soon move into the piloting phase 🚀

During these intensive and collaborative days, partners had the opportunity to:

🤝 Review the courses together
💡 Exchange feedback, ideas, and expertise
🌍 Strengthen cooperation across the consortium
📈 Discuss the future development and sustainability of the project
Beyond the technical work, the LTTA was also a valuable opportunity to reconnect in person and further strengthen the partnership behind DEIMAN4FINANCE ✨
