From the 21st to the 23rd of July 2023, Mr Denis Guittet – CEO of GBA Global BPO Solutions - visited the offices of the company FIFOTech.
During the same weekend the 𝗕𝗣𝗢 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 hosted by 𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗢 - 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 & 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 – was held at the Intercontinental Hotel of Dhaka, it was an opportunity for Mr Guittet to participate in several conferences and to be the keynote speaker during the conference “Connecting Bangladesh's BPO Industry Worldwide: Opportunities & Challenges”. Mr. H.E. Charles Whiteley, EU Ambassador to Bangladesh, was the esteemed chief guest, joined by distinguished local and international panel members.

With a population exceeding 170 million, of which 70% are youths under the age of 34, Bangladesh is one of the most populated countries in the world and is strategically positioned in ASIA between INDIA and ASEAN, as a result, it was fully interesting to visit the office FIFOTech in Software Technology Park, Dhaka in order to understand better how Bangladesh could support GBA services for some of its international customers, FIFOTech has for instance a strong position regarding non-voice services as social media monitoring, content creation & moderation, online & offline data entry, image processing, technological solution & consultancy.

FIFOTECH has more than 300 seats, the company is certified ISO 27001 & ISO 9001, and is a member of BACCO, Mr Towhid Hossain, CEO of FIFOTech, is also a Secretary General of the BACCO association.

From the 5th to the 10th of October, Mr Denis Guittet – CEO of GBA Global BPO Solutions - has visited the offices of 3 of GBA partners in Asean, the meetings has been hold in the cities of Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh city, Hanoi & Kuala Lumpur.

From one side Mr Guittet has been able to give updated information about GBA activity and organization after 3 years of absence due to Covid and from the other side the teams in Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia have been able to introduce their team and the services that they are currently providing to customers such as Lazada, Digi, Samsung, KLM….

GBA underlines how Asean is very important in its strategy of development in order to provide its services to companies from Japan, China, Korea, Europe & USA but also to local companies which need multilingual call center in this region which is definitely a region with high growth potential.

The Alliance is leading BPO-call center services from South-East Asia to Africa

GBA- Global BPO Alliance is pleased to Welcome iSON Xperiences as its newest member of the global coalition.
The alliance brings together independent BPO providers from around the world.
The addition of ISON Xperiences gives GBA a position of leader from South-East Asia to Africa regarding the total number of countries -25 - and the total number of seats – 30,000.

According to Denis Guittet, Chief Executive Officer of GBA, “By joining our alliance ISON Xperiences allows the GBA to finalize the junction between The Philippines and South Africa; all together GBA Global BPO Alliance has nowadays the largest presence in Africa, Middle-East and South-East Asia. GBA Global BPO Alliance is pleased to welcome Etisal-IDS Group as its newest member of the global coalition. The alliance brings together independent BPO providers from around the world who, together, provide a single point of contact for our clients.
The addition of Etisal-IDS Group gives GBA a first and important footprint in African and Middle-East regions.
