26-27 Leadership Duluth is officially underway!

We’re excited to welcome the 39th Leadership Duluth class as they begin a year of learning, connection, and leadership development in our community.

Throughout the program, participants will have the opportunity to connect with local leaders, explore the issues and opportunities shaping our community, build meaningful relationships, and strengthen their leadership skills.

We’re looking forward to an incredible year with this talented group of community-minded leaders.

August was a full month in the best way!

A few highlights we didn't want to let pass without sharing:

⛳️Spending a beautiful day on the golf course at the 2nd Annual Boat Club Classic, supporting improvements to the Spirit of the North Theatre. This year's event raised funds toward a much-needed new theatre sound system and upcoming 2026-2027 productions. A great day of golf for an even better cause.

🤝Rejoining the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce and continuing to connect with the businesses and people shaping our region.

🌟Shawna Jokinen, Founder and Lead Growth Strategist at Lake Superior Marketing was accepted into the Chamber's Leadership Duluth program. She is excited for the opportunity to learn more about our community, build new relationships, and spend the year alongside other local leaders.

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend. It is a reminder of the courage, sacrifice, and selflessness of those who gave their lives in service to our country.

As business leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals, we have the privilege of building, leading, and innovating because others were willing to serve something greater than themselves.

Today, I’m taking a moment to reflect with gratitude and remember those who made that freedom possible.
