SALES COORDINATOR INTERNSHIP IN LONDON!
UK based company offering hotels services to drive incremental business from Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) partnerships to cover International luxury hotels. Offices are in London, Dubai and New Delhi.

JOB OVERVIEW:
Work with the sales team to contract and account manage hotel contracts within a designated region
Overseeing the smooth integration and communication of a newly contracted hotels
Support marketing activities including tradeshows, client events and FAM Trips with organization and attendance.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Working within the Sales Department of the London office.
Job involves working:
• Indoors and outdoors.
• Occasional after hours commitment to attend trade events, fairs and specific company activities.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal: Sales Department, finance, technology, distribution, marketing and senior management.
External: Hotel segment, third parties and/or suppliers within assigned region
JOB DESCRIPTION
This role comes with the following responsibilities: -
1. Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
2. Adhere to luxury hotels grooming standards
3. Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
4. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
5. Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team and take direction from senior team members.
6. Support with promotions and marketing the business to new or niche markets.
7. Taking part in familiarisation visits to new hotels.
8. Supporting the team to manage hotel rates and inventory, often one year in advance.
9. Assist in maintaining hotel rates and data.
10. Return business telephone calls.
11. Promptly respond (within 24 hours) to all inquiries, prospects, and tentative or definite business.
12. Interact with customers during meetings, trade shows or conventions to support management and sales team.
13. Update and maintain recording system and CRM including:
a) Creation of files as per our luxury hotels
b) Current activities, client details, call logs etc
c) Maintenance of file system
d) Following policies and procedures in detail with respect to files and appropriate forms
14. Identify and develop sources of potential clients through market research
15. Targeted tele-sales campaigns to achieve sales for products
16. Be able to demonstrate a full knowledge of all products, relevant selling points and benefits
17. Any other duties reasonably assigned by the supervisor.
