Hi everyone! Thought I might share this post from a friend who is trying to get a movement started in Milan to get us all talking about the climate…
If you too think that these are decisive years for the preservation of the Planet's health and therefore, for the preservation of human beings.
If you too believe that too much time has already been lost and it is too dangerous to lose more.
If you too think that the climate should be the first theme on the agenda for the next decades.
If you too think this will be the decisive decade.
If you too think that the point of no return is near.
If you too are worried about the Planet your children and those that come after them will live on, or if you yourself are a child and rightly concerned about the Planet you are living on.
If you too think that thinking this way it is not catastrophism, but awareness of an evident reality.
If you too believe that there is not a minute, a day, a year left to lose, and you want to let the city and the world know... in the coming days leading up to pre-COP26 Conference that will be held in Milan on September 30, please join us in hanging a sheet (or whatever you like) from your window, with the words "Parliamo di Clima?" (Let's talk about the climate) .
The spread of Covid at the European championships, the governmental crisis in Afghanistan, both extremely important issues...are, however, also examples of the consistent presence of important issues pushing the environmental crisis to the background.
Our request is that we talk about the climate, that it be placed at the center of the debate and that awareness be spread. Let's start a wave of awareness and active citizenship, so that the streets of Milan become the soul of a new fundamental push on the issue of climate change. Starting from the bottom, starting with us.

Se anche tu pensi che questo sia il decennio decisivo per preservare la salute del Pianeta e quindi dell’essere umano.
Se anche tu credi che il tempo perso sia già troppo, ed è gravissimo perderne altro.
Se anche tu pensi che il clima debba essere il primo tema in agenda.
Se anche tu pensi che il punto di non ritorno sia ormai vicino.
Se anche tu sei preoccupato per il Pianeta che vivranno i tuoi figli e quelli che verranno con loro e
dopo di loro, o se sei tu stesso un figlio e sei giustamente allarmato per il Pianeta in cui vivrai.
Se anche tu pensi che non sia catastrofismo, ma presa di coscienza di una evidente realtà.
Se anche tu credi che non ci sia più un minuto, un giorno, un anno da perdere, e vuoi farlo sapere alla città e al mondo...
nei prossimi giorni, in vista della Conferenza pre-COP26 che si aprirà a Milano il 30 settembre, appendi fuori dalla finestra un lenzuolo (o quello che ti pare) con la scritta “PARLIAMO DI CLIMA?”
Dopo aver appeso alle finestre messaggi di speranza durante il Covid, e bandiere tricolori per farci forza nei periodi difficili, mostriamo la nostra voglia di un pianeta vivibile! Rivendichiamo il nostro diritto ad un futuro più giusto! Appendiamo alle finestre la nostra richiesta di parlare del clima, di metterlo in cima all’agenda, di renderlo priorità sempre e comunque. Prima che sia troppo tardi, prima di essere costretti a pentircene.
Facciamo partire un’onda di sensibilizzazione e di cittadinanza attiva, affinchè le vie di Milano diventino l’anima di una nuova fondamentale spinta sul tema del cambiamento climatico. A
partire dal basso, a partire da noi.
