We are expanding our team and looking for motivated and skilled tutors to support aspiring pilots and aviation students in choosing the most suitable aeronautical school from our global portfolio of flight schools.
Your role will be to guide, advise, and mentor students, helping them make informed decisions based on their profile, goals, budget, and career aspirations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Assist students in selecting the most appropriate aviation school worldwide
• Provide clear, honest, and tailored guidance throughout the decision process
• Communicate effectively via social media, calls, and online platforms
• Represent our brand with professionalism and credibility
• Build trust-based relationships with students and families
🔹 Required Profile
• Good spoken and written English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional use of social media platforms
• Passion for aviation, training, and mentoring young talents
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple students
• Empathetic, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset
🔹 Nice to Have (not mandatory)
• Background in aviation (pilot, student pilot, instructor, dispatcher, etc.)
• Experience in education, tutoring, recruitment, or consulting
• International mindset and cultural awareness
