Coltivata con passione e dedizione. Ci sono ettari di filari di vite Lambrusco e Trebbiano intorno all’azienda. Ci sono campi coltivati ad arte. Acetomodena è una società agricola prima di essere un’acetaia. Chi ci lavora conosce il territorio, quello che può dare. E non lo sfrutta, ma lo asseconda con rispetto e passione. Ecco perché i prodotti che ne derivano hanno un carattere speciale. E parla

no il linguaggio della genuinità schietta e sincera della zolla abbrustolita dal sole in estate, ammantata di neve in inverno. Levigata da pioggia e vento in primavera, appassita come una foglia in autunno.

🍇 DOP o IGP: sapresti rispondere in 3 secondi?
Il DOP nasce solo da mosto cotto, con minimo 12 anni di invecchiamento in botte. L'IGP invece unisce aceto di vino e mosto, con un affinamento che va da 2 mesi a 3 anni.

Non uno vale più dell'altro: uno è per l'uso quotidiano, l'altro per le occasioni speciali. Ora lo sai anche tu. 😉

DOP is made only from cooked must, aged at least 12 years in wooden barrels. IGP instead blends w**e vinegar and must, aged anywhere from 2 months to 3 years.
