An uncontaminated soil and a marvellous vegetal variety. Bought from a shepherd in 1998. There was not a single grapevine:
They were planted from 2000 until today
and cultivated with a great respect
for the soil by using organic principles. Officially in biodynamic since 2015 and organic since 2013.
