Yesterday we had the first wine tasting in our new cellar 🍷✨

We received a booking from a group too big for our current tasting room, so we decided to use the new cellar even if it’s still far from finished.

There is no electricity yet, so we used a generator ⚡😂
The tasting room is still very empty, no furniture, just a few bottles and a small cabinet.
Outside there are still stones everywhere, no gate, and the outdoor area is… well, still a long way to go 🪨🚧

Even if it is not ready, it was a very important moment for us ❤️🍷

This project has taken a long time, a lot of work, many doubts, changes of plans and also some moments where we asked ourselves “are we really doing this?” 😂
Doing the first tasting here made everything feel real.
It was emotional and very special ✨

We are very happy and very grateful 🙏
