This room doesn't rush for anyone. Our Chianti rests in these barrels for as long as it needs — not because a calendar says so, but because that's simply how long it takes to taste right.

Thirty years in, the Panconesi family still checks on it the same way: a walk through the cellar, a glass poured straight from the barrel, no shortcuts.

Every day here starts the same soft way — no alarm, just the light through the shutters and the vines already awake outside your window.

Breakfast takes its time. The pool asks for nothing but your attention. And somewhere in the afternoon, our kitchen opens its door — today it's your turn to cook with us, hands in the dough, a glass of Chianti within reach.
By sunset, you already know: tomorrow, it starts again — and you don't mind at all.
