AF Systems è un'azienda italiana specializzata nella produzione di prodotti innovativi per la sigil

AF Systems è specializzata in tecnologie legate alla compartimentazione dei locali ed alla difesa passiva contro gli incendi, mediante la sigillatura antifuoco degli attraversamenti dei cavi elettrici, delle tubazioni di vario genere e delle condotte di ventilazione fino alla realizzazione di muri e barriere tagliafiamma e di protezioni specifiche per cavidotti e plafoniere. Un’efficace compartimentazione antifuoco permette di ridurre i danni da incendio confinando lo stesso in aree ridotte, salvaguardando così le vie di fuga per gli occupanti dell'edificio. I principali prodotti AF Systems dispongono di certificazione: REI 120 (solaio, parete in CLS e cartongesso) e REI 180 (solaio e parete). Per la maggior parte dei prodotti sono anche già disponibili, sia a parete che a solaio, le certificazioni EI secondo le nuove vigenti normative europee UNI-EN. Oltre 20 certificazioni composite e integrate per un totale di oltre 120 applicazioni certificate sono in grado di coprire in modo specifico le tipologie relative ai casi più comuni e tecnologicamente rilevanti che vengono incontrati nei lavori di compartimentazione. AF Systems fornisce i prodotti e all'occorrenza dispone di propria mano d'opera specializzata per la loro messa in opera secondo le specifiche di progetto. A completamento della propria gamma, AF Systems commercializza vernici intumescenti, coppelle per tiranti metallici, lastre in calcio silicato.

Over the past few months, AF Systems has taken part in two stops of the SAFETY Village event series, in Bolzano and Florence, providing valuable opportunities to exchange ideas and explore developments in fire safety and innovation.
Our colleagues Marco L’Erede and Claudio Pucci attended the two events, respectively, contributing to discussions on the emerging challenges of Fire Safety Engineering.

El próximo 8 de octubre, AF Systems participará en el DPA Forum Bilbao, un encuentro dedicado a la innovación y al intercambio de conocimientos en el sector de la protección contra incendios.

Following an in-depth on-site training session, our partner EUT has become a newly qualified partner in Romania, further strengthening our collaboration and commitment to the local market.

Ieri abbiamo ospitato presso la sede di AF Systems un workshop in collaborazione con Prevenzione Incendi Italia: un’occasione per approfondire i temi della protezione passiva al fuoco, confrontarsi su soluzioni e applicazioni e condividere esperienze.
La giornata è proseguita nella nostra AF Academy, dove i partecipanti hanno potuto vedere più da vicino sistemi, configurazioni e modalità applicative, trasformando la formazione tecnica in un momento di confronto concreto.

Grazie a Prevenzione Incendi Italia per la collaborazione e a tutti i professionisti che hanno partecipato e contribuito alla giornata.

Last week, AF Systems attended Tirana Fire Safety 2026 at the Tirana International Hotel & Conference Center.
The two-day event brought together professionals and companies from across the industry to exchange ideas on fire safety, prevention and passive fire protection. It was a valuable opportunity to share our experience and hear different perspectives from the international fire safety community.

As the market continues to evolve, we keep moving with it.
Our R&D department continues to work on new configurations and applications… including EI 120 on a sandwich floor.
In our latest tests, we assessed different types of penetrations, including cable trays up to 500 mm, PVC pipes, copper and multilayer pipes, steel pipes and corrugated conduits, using different AF Systems sealing and protection solutions.
Testing and development continue.

Mentre il mercato continua a muoversi, noi lo seguiamo.
Il nostro reparto R&D continua a lavorare su nuove configurazioni e applicazioni… anche su solaio sandwich EI 120.
Nei nuovi test abbiamo provato; passarelle portacavi fino a 500mm, PVC, tubazioni in rame e multistrato, acciaio e tubi corrugati, utilizzando differenti sistemi di sigillatura e protezione AF Systems.
La sperimentazione continua.
