Chi ha passione e sa trametterla raggiunge un doppio traguardo. Credo che tutti debbano essere guidati dalla passione nel proprio lavoro e nella vita. Chi è appassionato produce veri risultati che a volte cambiano la storia, la propria e quella degli altri.
2. Credo che per raggiungere un obiettivo bisogna solo essere determinati. Mi piace allenarmi a pensare. L’energia del pensiero è data dalle

sete di informazioni e di ogni forma di nuova conoscenza.
4. Il rispetto porta frutti. In agricoltura il rispetto è linfa per la pianta. Il rispetto dei cicli naturali, il rispetto delle risorse, il rispetto per l’uomo che cura la pianta. Il rispetto è alla base della vita.
5. L’Affidabilità è unione. Mi piace pensare che chi lavora con me creda nella mia professionalità ma mi piace ancor più pensare che potrà sempre contare su di me perché insieme raggiungeremo dei risultati. Upgrape - The Manifesto

1. Whoever has passion and knows how to pass it on reaches a double goal. I believe everyone should be driven by passion in their work and life. Those who are passionate produce real results that sometimes change history, their own and that of others.
2. I believe that to achieve a goal you just have to be determined. Determination does not fear obstacles and difficulties.
3. I like to train myself to think. The energy of thought is given by the thirst for information and all forms of new knowledge.
4. Respect bears fruit. In agriculture, respect is the sap for the plant. Respect for natural cycles, respect for resources, respect for the man who takes care of the plant. Respect is the basis of life.
5. Reliability is union. I like to think that those who work with me believe in my professionalism but I like even more to think that they can always count on me because together we will achieve results.

Perché abbiamo deciso di collaborare con LUV - La Fiera dell’uva da tavola?

Perché condividiamo la stessa visione. Crediamo che il futuro dell'uva da tavola passi dalla capacità di fare rete, valorizzare le competenze e creare occasioni concrete di confronto tra tutti gli attori della filiera.

Come agronomo, imprenditore agricolo e divulgatore, ho scelto di essere parte di questo progetto perché raccontare il settore significa contribuire alla sua evoluzione.

Why did we decide to collaborate with LUV?

Because we share the same vision. We believe that the future of table grapes depends on the ability to network, enhance skills, and create concrete opportunities for discussion among all stakeholders in the supply chain.

As an agronomist, agricultural entrepreneur, and communicator, I chose to be part of this project because sharing the industry's story means contributing to its evolution.

Vi condividiamo alcuni scatti di questi giorni, mentre siamo nel pieno della raccolta, dopo mesi di lavoro intenso, attenzione quotidiana e precise scelte agronomiche, che ci hanno permesso di raggiungere un ottimo equilibrio tra qualità e quantità.

E per la prima volta compare anche mio fratello: gestiamo insieme l’azienda, quindi era giusto condividere con lui il lavoro e finalmente anche uno scatto! 😄

We are sharing a few shots from these days, as harvest is now underway, after months of hard work, daily attention and carefully planned agronomic choices, which have allowed us to achieve an excellent balance between quality and yield.

And for the first time, my brother is also in the pictures: we manage the farm together, so it was only right to share not only the work, but finally a photo too! 😄

Nelle prime fasi vegetative, la vite sostiene la crescita iniziale soprattutto grazie alle riserve accumulate nel legno e nelle radici.

Intervenire troppo presto con la concimazione può ridurre l’efficacia dell’intervento e aumentare il rischio di perdite.

Prima di concimare, bisogna guardare il suolo: struttura, ossigenazione, porosità e umidità sono condizioni fondamentali per permettere alla radice di assorbire davvero.

La concimazione ha valore solo quando la pianta è pronta a utilizzarla.

In the early vegetative stages, the vine mainly supports its initial growth through the reserves stored in the wood and roots.

Fertilizing too early can reduce the effectiveness of the application and increase the risk of nutrient losses.

Before fertilizing, it is important to look at the soil: structure, oxygenation, porosity, and moisture are key conditions that allow the root system to truly absorb nutrients.

Fertilization is effective only when the plant is ready to use it.

L’anno scorso lo abbiamo visto chiaramente: troppi grappoli non significano uva migliore.

Oggi nei vigneti la situazione è simile: fertilità elevata, tanto potenziale ma anche rischio di eccesso produttivo.

👉 Il punto è uno: la qualità non si costruisce dopo. Si imposta all’inizio.

Selezione dei germogli, equilibrio della pianta, gestione precoce del carico: è qui che si fa la differenza.

Aspettare il diradamento finale?
Significa arrivare tardi, spendere di più e lavorare peggio.

📌 In annate come questa il carico produttivo si gestisce subito, non si recupera dopo.

Last year we saw it clearly: too many bunches doesn't mean better grapes.

The situation in the vineyards today is similar: high fertility, plenty of potential, but also the risk of overproduction.

👉 The point is this: quality isn't built later. It's set at the beginning.

Shoot selection, plant balance, early load management: this is where the difference is made.

Waiting for the final thinning?
It means arriving late, spending more, and working less.

📌 In years like this, the production load is managed immediately, not recovered later.
