🇮🇹 L’eruzione in corso sull’Etna continua a farsi sentire sul territorio...La cenere dell’Etna: preziosi minerali per i nostri vigneti.

Quello che a prima vista può sembrare un problema è in realtà anche una preziosa risorsa naturale per i nostri vigneti. La cenere vulcanica dell’Etna contiene numerosi minerali e sostanze che arricchiscono il terreno e contribuiscono alla sua fertilità.

Finora i nostri grappoli d’uva non hanno subito alcun danno e continuano a crescere sani e rigogliosi.

L’Etna fa parte della nostra terra, del nostro lavoro e dell’identità dei nostri vini.



🇬🇧 The ongoing eruption of Mount Etna continues to be felt across the area. Etna’s ash: precious minerals for our vineyards.

What may initially look like a problem is also a valuable natural resource for our vineyards. Etna’s volcanic ash contains many minerals and nutrients that enrich the soil and contribute to its fertility.

So far, our grapes have not been damaged and continue to grow healthy and strong.

Etna is part of our land, our work, and the unique identity of our wines.

🇮🇹 Summer wineyard update - Passopisciaro

L’invaiatura è iniziata leggermente in anticipo rispetto alla scorsa annata, segnando l’avvio della maturazione delle uve.

Dopo un periodo caratterizzato da temperature eccezionalmente elevate, le condizioni climatiche sono tornate più equilibrate. Grande attenzione è stata dedicata alla gestione dei giovani impianti, accompagnandone lo sviluppo e mantenendo alta la prevenzione degli incendi.

Le prossime settimane saranno decisive: l’evoluzione della stagione dipenderà in larga misura dall’andamento climatico e, in particolare, dalle precipitazioni di settembre.

Continuiamo ad accompagnare con cura e rispetto il ritmo della vigna, permettendo alla nuova annata di rivelare liberamente la sua espressione.

🇬🇧 A new stage of the vineyard season has begun: veraison is now underway on Mount Etna, arriving slightly earlier than last year and marking the beginning of grape ripening.

After a period of exceptionally high temperatures, weather conditions have returned to a more balanced pattern. Particular care has been dedicated to the management of young vineyards, supporting their development while maintaining a strong focus on fire prevention.

The coming weeks will be crucial, as the evolution of the season will largely depend on weather conditions and, in particular, on September rainfall.

We continue to follow the rhythm of the vineyards with care and respect to shape the character of the new vintage.
