Una botte, qualche calice e il 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗼 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗼.
Il resto è venuto da sé.

A barrel, a few glasses and our 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗼 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗼.
The rest just happened naturally.

La vendemmia è finita, ma per una parte delle nostre uve il lavoro continua. 🍇
𝗟𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶 𝘂𝘃𝗲 𝗱𝗶 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗼𝘁 vengono lasciate appassire per circa 30 giorni.
I grappoli selezionati si disidratano lentamente, concentrando zuccheri, aromi e profumi.
Seguirà una lenta fermentazione, che contribuirà a dare vita a un vino intenso, ricco e avvolgente, dal carattere profondo e persistente.
The harvest is over, but for some of our grapes, the work continues. 🍇
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗲𝘀 are left to dry for around 30 days. The selected bunches slowly lose water, concentrating sugars, aromas and flavours.
A slow fermentation will follow, helping to create an intense, rich and enveloping w**e with a deep, persistent character.

La vendemmia è terminata e, poco alla volta, il paesaggio intorno a Tenute Fosca comincia a cambiare.

In vigna inizia una nuova stagione.

𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮 🌙
Vespaiola e Chardonnay si incontrano in un vino ricco di profumi: frutta bianca e tropicale, accompagnata da note floreali e balsamiche.
Al palato, acidità e sapidità si bilanciano con una piacevole morbidezza e rotondità.
Un calice da scoprire, profumo dopo profumo.
𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮 🌙
Vespaiola and Chardonnay come together in a w**e rich in aromas: white and tropical fruit, accompanied by floral and balsamic notes.
On the palate, freshness and savoury notes are balanced by a pleasant softness and roundness.
A w**e to discover, aroma after aroma.

Bio, anche nel calice. 🌱
Il 𝗯𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗼 per noi parte dalla vigna e continua anche in cantina.
Anche quando parliamo di 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗳𝗶𝘁𝗶: nel vino biologico il loro utilizzo è regolamentato da limiti più restrittivi rispetto al vino convenzionale.
Una scelta che fa parte del nostro modo di produrre vino, con attenzione alla terra e a ciò che arriva nel calice.
𝟮𝟯 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗲 | 𝗘𝗨 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗮𝘆.
𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰, all the way to the glass. 🌱
For us, organic starts in the vineyard and continues in the w**ery.
This also applies to 𝘀𝘂𝗹𝗽𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀: in organic w**e, their use is subject to stricter limits than in conventional w**e.
It’s part of the way we make our w**es, with care for the land and for what ultimately reaches your glass.

La vendemmia 2026 si è conclusa. 🍇

Le ultime cassette sono rientrate in cantina e ora inizia una nuova fase, quella che porterà le uve raccolte a diventare i nostri vini.

Salutiamo l’estate così, pronti per una nuova stagione. 🍂
The 2026 harvest has come to an end. 🍇

The last crates have made their way into the w**ery, and now a new phase begins, turning the grapes we’ve harvested into our w**es.

This is how we say goodbye to summer, ready for a new season. 🍂

Tutto è iniziato da una 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲.
Quella di 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗻 per il vino e per questa terra.
È da qui che, nel 2015, nasce TenuteFosca, che porta il nome di sua moglie 𝗙𝗼𝘀𝗰𝗮 e che oggi continua a essere un progetto di famiglia.
Una storia che, vendemmia dopo vendemmia, continua tra questi filari.
It all started with a 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻.
𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗻’s passion for w**e and for this land.
This is where TenuteFosca was born in 2015, taking its name from his wife, 𝗙𝗼𝘀𝗰𝗮, and growing into a family project.
A story that continues among these vineyards, harvest after harvest.

Come sappiamo quando l’uva è pronta per essere raccolta? 🍇

Tra i controlli che facciamo in vigna c’è anche la 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘇𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗼 attraverso il 𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼. Un dato importante per valutare la maturazione dell’uva e scegliere il momento giusto per la vendemmia.

One of the checks we carry out in the vineyard is 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 with a 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿. An important parameter to assess grape ripeness and choose the right time for harvesting.
