Per chi gestisce reti WISP su torri, tetti e siti remoti, queste non sono semplici notizie meteo. Sono un rischio concreto per l'infrastruttura.

Una sovratensione causata da un fulmine puรฒ distruggere dispositivi PoE, radio e OLT in fibra in una frazione di secondo; senza preavviso, senza possibilitร  di recupero.
