We are pleased to announce the sale of the Frers 80' Fantasea Blue.

Wind Yachts, acting by appointment of Danimar Yachts Italia, successfully completed the swift transaction by representing the parties involved.

We sincerely appreciate the trust that Danimar Yachts has placed in our services.

It has been a privilege to present this beautiful yacht to an enthusiastic new owner, and we are delighted to have played a part in making this experience possible. We would also like to thank Simone Saccon of Wind Service for facilitating the transaction with their unparalleled skill.

Our heartfelt congratulations go to the new owner, and we hope that the stunning Frers 80, now renamed KYALAMI, will enjoy smooth sailing and favourable winds on all her future voyages.

Anche Ettore Botticini nel Team Admirals Cup 2025 💪🇮🇹

Silenzio, parla Vasco.

Come vi abbiamo anticipato il Giornale della Vela seguirà con molta attenzione l'Admiral's Cup 2025, la regata cult che ritorna in grande e può essere considerata come un vero e proprio Mondiale di vela d'altura a squadre, che vede schierato anche un team italiano.

E allora non potevamo che iniziare da lui, Vasco Vascotto. Il leader della squadra italiana promossa da Giovanni Lombardi Stronati ci ha raccontato in un'intervista com'è nata l'idea della sfida, come la scelta delle barche, e chi ci sarà nel team.

Qualche nome? Sarà un vero dream team, con Guillermo Parada, Michele Ivaldi, Alberto Bolzan, Michele Paoletti, i navigatori saranno Bruno Zirilli e Juan Vila, i coach Giulio Desiderato ed Ettore Botticini. Presto saranno annunciati tutti i nomi.

Vasco Vascotto ha poi un pensiero speciale: "siamo addolorati di non avere con noi Matteo Auguadro, un amico che non c'è più, un velista eccezionale, che sarebbe stato uno dei nostri prodieri. Questa Admiral's Cup la combatteremo anche per lui e sarà uno stimolo in più per impegnarci al massimo e cercare di fare bene".

GIOIA // New Central Agency

Delivered to her first owner in 2010, GIOIA is a 30-metre motor yacht built at the historic Diano shipyard in Riva Trigoso, Genoa, as a unique, traditionally built yacht.
Her Italian design is characterised by sweeping straight lines combined with soft curves, giving her a dynamic and flowing appearance.
Hull and superstructure are made entirely of solid wood and mahogany laminate, with interior fittings of marked refinement.
