With Agri VET Project, 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐨 𝐋𝐚𝐛 works together with European and African partners to strengthen vocational education and training in the 𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐢-𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 and develop skills that respond more closely to the real needs of value chains.

The first results are already available on the project website, together with content and updates highlighting the first steps of this European journey 🌍, while new activities, materials and results will be coming in the months ahead, offering further insights into the project’s ongoing development!

🇪🇺 𝗢𝗴𝗴𝗶 𝘀𝗶 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗼 E-gov4youth !

Dopo un percorso che ha coinvolto partner, giovani e 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶 𝗱𝗶 𝘀𝗲𝗶 𝗣𝗮𝗲𝘀𝗶 𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗶, 𝗘𝗚𝗢𝗩𝟰𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 arriva oggi, 31 agosto, alla sua conclusione.

🎯Un progetto nato con un obiettivo preciso: 𝗮𝘃𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶 𝗴𝗶𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶 𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗶 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼, attraverso gli strumenti dell’𝗲-𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹’𝗲-𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲.

Un percorso fatto di 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶, 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗲 𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮̀ per permettere ai giovani di avere un ruolo sempre più attivo nelle scelte e nello sviluppo delle proprie comunità.

La 𝟱ª 𝗲 𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮 𝗡𝗲𝘄𝘀𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 racconta questa fase conclusiva e raccoglie alcuni dei principali risultati e attività del progetto:

🔹 la ricerca europea su giovani, partecipazione ed e-Governance;
🔹 il 𝗠𝗢𝗢𝗖 𝗘𝗚𝗢𝗩𝟰𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛, gratuito e accessibile online;
🔹 la 𝗘𝗚𝗢𝗩𝟰𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺, pensata come spazio di incontro e collaborazione tra giovani e Pubbliche Amministrazioni;
🔹 i workshop locali di trasferimento delle conoscenze realizzati nei Paesi partner;
🔹 i Memorandum of Understanding con le istituzioni locali, per dare continuità alla collaborazione avviata dal progetto.

La fine del progetto non rappresenta però la fine del percorso: 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗲, 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗶 𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶 costruiti in questi anni costituiscono la base per continuare a promuovere una partecipazione giovanile più attiva e una governance digitale sempre più inclusiva!

After a journey involving partners, young people and 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘀𝗶𝘅 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗘𝗚𝗢𝗩𝟰𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 officially comes to an end today, 31 August.

🎯The project was built around a clear goal: 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲, by making use of 𝗲-𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲-𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀.

A journey focused on 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀, 𝗰𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, enabling young people to play an increasingly active role in shaping decisions and contributing to the development of their communities.

The 𝟱𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗲𝘄𝘀𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 looks back at this final phase and highlights some of the project's key results and activities:

🔹 the European research on youth, participation and e-Governance;
🔹 the 𝗘𝗚𝗢𝗩𝟰𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗠𝗢𝗢𝗖, freely available online;
🔹 the 𝗘𝗚𝗢𝗩𝟰𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺, designed as a space for dialogue and collaboration between young people and Public Authorities;
🔹 the local knowledge-transfer workshops organised across the partner countries;
🔹 the 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 with local institutions, aimed at ensuring continuity for the collaboration established through the project.

The end of the project does not mean the end of the journey: 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀, 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲, 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 built over these years provide a strong foundation for continuing to foster more active youth participation and increasingly inclusive digital governance!

Con il progetto Freinds Project 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐨 𝐋𝐚𝐛 contribuisce a promuovere la 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐨𝐬𝐢 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐞: un approccio che unisce economia circolare, strumenti digitali e collaborazione tra imprese per favorire la condivisione di risorse, dati, materiali e conoscenze.

Il progetto punta a supportare le PMI nella transizione verso modelli più sostenibili, rendendo la simbiosi industriale più accessibile e applicabile nei contesti reali.

📚 Al centro del percorso anche la formazione di nuove professionalità, attraverso un curriculum e un 𝐌𝐎𝐎𝐂 dedicati alla figura dell’ 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐲𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫.

Dopo la pausa estiva, il partenariato si incontrerà in 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐚 in occasione dell 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐝𝐢 𝐅𝐑𝐞𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐬, un momento importante per condividere progressi, confrontarsi con attori del territorio e rafforzare la cooperazione europea sui temi della sostenibilità industriale 🇳🇴🤝

With the Freinds Project, 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐨 𝐋𝐚𝐛 contributes to promoting an approach that combines 𝐜𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐲, 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 to support the sharing of resources, data, materials and knowledge.

The project aims to support 𝐒𝐌𝐄𝐬 in their transition towards more sustainable models, making industrial symbiosis more accessible and applicable in real-life contexts.

📚 The pathway also focuses on the development of new professional skills, through a curriculum and a 𝐌𝐎𝐎𝐂 dedicated to the figure of the 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐲𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫.

After the summer break, the partnership will meet in 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐲 for the 𝐅𝐑𝐞𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭: an important opportunity to share progress, engage with local stakeholders and strengthen European cooperation on industrial sustainability. 🇳🇴🤝

𝐈𝐥 𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐚 𝐝𝐚𝐢 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢. 𝐌𝐚 𝐬𝐢 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐳𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐧 𝐥𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐞.
Come partner del progetto europeo Beyond Fear - Building Safer Workplaces for Women, Exeo Lab ha contribuito alla realizzazione del 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭, uno studio che analizza la violenza di genere nei luoghi di lavoro, dando voce alle esperienze delle donne e individuando gli ostacoli che ancora oggi impediscono di riconoscere e denunciare abusi e molestie.

📊 Il report raccoglie evidenze, esperienze e dati sulle forme di violenza e molestia nel contesto lavorativo, analizzando le difficoltà di riconoscere e denunciare gli abusi e il ruolo che organizzazioni e datori di lavoro possono svolgere nel costruire ambienti più sicuri e inclusivi.

Per noi questo non è solo un risultato di progetto: è la base su cui costruire nuove competenze, sensibilizzare imprese e lavoratrici e favorire un cambiamento reale:
🎓 dalle evidenze raccolte, infatti, nascerà il 𝐁𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞, un percorso formativo in 6 moduli che offrirà alle donne strumenti concreti per riconoscere, prevenire e affrontare la violenza di genere sul lavoro.

As a partner in the European project Beyond Fear - Building Safer Workplaces for Women, Exeo Lab contributed to the development of the 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭, a comprehensive study exploring gender-based violence in the workplace by amplifying women's experiences and identifying the barriers that still prevent victims from recognising and reporting abuse and harassment.

📊 The report brings together evidence, data and real-life experiences to examine different forms of workplace violence and harassment, the challenges women face in identifying and reporting abusive behaviours, and the role that organisations and employers can play in creating safer and more inclusive working environments.

For us, this is more than just another project milestone: it is the foundation for building new skills, raising awareness among employers and women workers, and driving meaningful change.

🎓 The findings will directly inform the 𝐁𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞—a six-module learning pathway designed to equip women with the knowledge, skills and practical tools to recognise, prevent and respond to gender-based violence in the workplace.

Mercoledì 22 luglio 2026, presso il della Cultura di Potenza, si è concluso il percorso del progetto europeo -GOV4YOUTH con il Multiplier Event coordinato da Exeo Lab, in collaborazione con il Comune di Potenza e il Forum dei Giovani - Città di Potenza.

Un appuntamento che non è stato solo un evento finale, ma un'occasione per raccontare due anni di collaborazione europea, confronto e sperimentazione, durante i quali Exeo Lab ha guidato un partenariato europeo impegnato a sperimentare nuovi strumenti e metodologie per avvicinare i giovani ai processi decisionali, favorendo una 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝐀𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐩𝐢𝐮̀ 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐞, 𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐚 𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚.

💡 Nel corso dell'incontro sono stati presentati la 𝐩𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚 𝐄-𝐆𝐎𝐕𝟒𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐇, il 𝐌𝐎𝐎𝐂 𝐝𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐥𝐥'𝐞-𝐠𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 e i principali risultati del progetto, frutto di un intenso percorso di ricerca, formazione, mobilità internazionale e co-creazione con i giovani!

🤝 La firma del 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 tra Exeo Lab e il Comune di Potenza 𝐡𝐚 𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐨 𝐥'𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐠𝐧𝐨 𝐚 𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐚̀ 𝐚𝐢 𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢 𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐨: lo stesso spirito di collaborazione ha animato i tavoli partecipativi che hanno raccolto idee e proposte su inclusione digitale, occupazione, benessere giovanile e sostenibilità.

On Wednesday, 22 July 2026, the European project -GOV4YOUTH reached its conclusion with the Multiplier Event, held at the della Cultura in Potenza and coordinated by Exeo Lab, in collaboration with the di Potenza and the dei Giovani di Potenza.

More than just a final event, it was an opportunity to reflect on two years of European cooperation, dialogue and experimentation, during which Exeo Lab led an international partnership committed to developing innovative tools and methodologies to bring young people closer to decision-making processes, fostering a 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥, 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

💡 During the event, participants explored the 𝐄-𝐆𝐎𝐕𝟒𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐇 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦, the 𝐌𝐎𝐎𝐂 𝐨𝐧 𝐞-𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, and the project's key achievements, resulting from an intensive journey of research, training, international mobility and co-creation with young people.

🤝 The signing of the 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 between Exeo Lab and the 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐳𝐚 marked a shared commitment to ensuring the project's long-term impact: the same collaborative spirit inspired the participatory working groups, where ideas and proposals focused on digital inclusion, employment, youth well-being and sustainability.

Con il webinar del progetto Erasmus Plus Beyond Fear - Building Safer Workplaces for Women abbiamo riunito esperti, professionisti e stakeholder per riflettere insieme su come prevenire e contrastare la violenza di genere nei contesti lavorativi, trasformando la consapevolezza in strumenti concreti di cambiamento:

🎤 In qualità di capofila, Exeo Lab ha aperto l'incontro presentando gli obiettivi del progetto e le prossime attività, avviando un confronto che mette al centro il benessere, la tutela e la dignità delle persone.

📊 Netwerkpro ha presentato i risultati della ricerca realizzata nei Paesi partner, raccogliendo la voce di lavoratrici e datori di lavoro attraverso questionari e focus group. Un'analisi che evidenzia sfide ancora aperte, ma anche opportunità concrete per costruire ambienti di lavoro più inclusivi.

💡 Gli interventi di Steve Farrugia, Mariella Camilleri, Simona Bonito e Vittoria Rotunno hanno offerto punti di vista complementari – psicologico, formativo, istituzionale e politico – dimostrando che il contrasto alla violenza sul lavoro richiede responsabilità condivisa e collaborazione.

Through the Erasmus Plus Beyond Fear - Building Safer Workplaces for Women, we brought together experts, professionals, and stakeholders to explore how to prevent and tackle gender-based violence in the workplace, turning awareness into concrete actions for change.

🎤 As the lead partner, Exeo Lab opened the webinar by presenting the project's objectives and upcoming activities, setting the stage for a meaningful discussion focused on people's well-being, protection, and dignity.

📊 Netwerkpro presented the findings of the research conducted across the partner countries, giving a voice to employees and employers through surveys and focus groups. The analysis highlighted both the challenges that remain and the concrete opportunities to build safer and more inclusive workplaces.

💡 Steve Farrugia, Mariella Camilleri, Simona Bonito, and Vittoria Rotunno shared complementary perspectives—from psychological, educational, institutional, and policy angles—demonstrating that preventing workplace violence requires shared responsibility and strong collaboration.
