🌱 A volte il cambiamento inizia da una domanda semplice:
quanto ci sentiamo davvero al sicuro nei luoghi in cui lavoriamo?
Nel percorso di Beyond Fear - Building Safer Workplaces for Women abbiamo provato a dare una risposta partendo da chi il lavoro lo vive ogni giorno.
📍 Nell’ambito delle attività promosse da Exeo Lab, promotore e capofila del progetto, si è aperto uno spazio di dialogo e confronto che ha riunito donne lavoratrici e datori di lavoro. Un momento autentico e diretto, nato non solo per condividere esperienze, ma anche per comprendere cosa funziona davvero e cosa, invece, resta ancora da costruire.
👥 Attorno allo stesso tavolo c’erano persone con ruoli diversi ma una responsabilità comune: contribuire a rendere i luoghi di lavoro più sicuri e consapevoli.
Dal confronto sono emersi:
• punti di vista spesso differenti sullo stesso problema
• strumenti esistenti, ma non sempre conosciuti o utilizzati
• bisogni concreti che richiedono risposte più strutturate
🤝 In questo contesto, Exeo Lab ha facilitato il dialogo e il confronto tra punti di vista differenti, contribuendo a trasformare le riflessioni condivise in spunti concreti per costruire ambienti di lavoro più sani e sicuri.
✨ Perché affrontare la violenza nei contesti lavorativi non significa solo intervenire quando qualcosa accade, ma anche prevenirla, costruendo consapevolezza, fiducia e strumenti adeguati.
Ed è proprio dall’ascolto che questo cambiamento può iniziare.

🌱 Sometimes change begins with a simple question:
how safe do we really feel in the places where we work?
Through the Beyond Fear - Building Safer Workplaces for Women, we tried to answer this question by starting from the voices of those who experience the workplace every day.
📍 As part of the activities promoted by Exeo Lab, project promoter and lead partner, a space for dialogue and discussion brought together women workers and employers. It was an open and genuine moment, created not only to share experiences, but also to better understand what truly works — and what still needs to be built.
👥 Around the same table were participants each with different roles but a shared responsibility: helping to create safer and more aware workplaces.
The discussion highlighted:
• different perspectives on the same issue
• existing tools that are not always known or effectively used
• concrete needs that require more structured responses
🤝 In this context, Exeo Lab facilitated dialogue and the exchange of different perspectives, helping to turn shared reflections into practical insights for building healthier and safer work environments.
✨ Because addressing violence in the workplace does not only mean intervening when something happens, but also preventing it by building awareness, trust, and appropriate tools.
And it is precisely through listening that this kind of change can begin.
