At Fifth Estate Vineyards (5°E) our love for the freshest, and highest quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil and expertly produced Wines led us on the unexpected adventure to start our own Sicilian Vineyard, Winery and Orchards located in the highly coveted Etna DOC/DOP regions of Eastern Sicily where we export and distribute seasonally according to pick/crush date of the olive and best release date for

each vintage of wine we produce. We offer the freshest Single Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil and acclaimed BIO certified and Naturally grown Extra Virgin Olive Oils; all grown in the coveted Sicily DOP and Mount Etna DOP regions, picked by hand and harvested at the peak of oil producing perfection. Each is produced from the Nocellara olive variety, in the long lasting tradition of the area that dates back to 1500 BC; they are certified and numbered by date of harvest, date of press, date of bottling, batch and bottle number, and all are first press, cold extraction and carefully bottled on site. Our wines have been crafted and carefully tended to by 5°E's Exclusive Winemaker and World Renowned Enologist, Teacher, and Author, Benjamin North Spencer; most recent winner of the 2021 Gourmand Award, Food Culture for his book The New Wines of Mount Etna (available on Amazon and directly from his Etna Wine School) at https://tinyurl.com/newwinesofmountetna

Offering you you a variety to highlight any meal or occasion we bring you the deep red Etna Rosso (Red), a light and fruity Etna Bianco (White), a goes-excellent-with-everything Etna Rosatto (Rosé), and our champagne rivaling prosecco bubblers available in both Brut and Rose varieties.
